Best Jellycat purchase experience
I have used this business to purchase and grow my jellycat collection for the past couple of years. With each purchase I have had no cause for concern, I have received my purchases in good time, each item has been meticulously packaged, and the items have not been inflated in price, as so many other sales outlets seem to increase the price of the'popular' items.
I highly recommend Gracegentle and will continue to trust them with all my required future purchases.
This is my go to online store outside of the main brand.

First Class Service
Communication was first class 😀 The bike I initially ordered was out of stock but I was contacted straightaway and given a choice about what I wanted to do. I said I would be happy with the same bike just a different colour and it was delivered within 2 days. Fantastic service and my granddaughter will love her birthday present I am sure. Thank you

Ballerinas
I purchased the ballerina fox in Keswick a couple of years ago to put on the Christmas tree but we've been on holiday the last 2 Christmas's and this first time decorated the tree with the fox and it looked great so that's why I purchased the 2 cats
