Kate Nevar - Excellent Support Person

Kate Nevar was just a wonderful help to me this morning on printing our report cards. I had several issues with printing correctly and she was so patient and kind. She is a great support person. She was able to fix all the issues I brought up with her. She is a great support person for your team.

Gradelink is a wonderful platform. Easy to use. Easy to learn. And the help is really supportive. Josue never fails to answer every question I have, and I have many of them! The explanations are thorough and they are so patient with me as I learn more about this platform for our school.

Great Tech Support

My teachers and I were running into a glitch - we were no longer able to view our students' grades in other classes. Christina offered one solution, and when that did not work, she sleuthed out the real source of the problem. She had us back in action very quickly.

We accidentally deleted a student's…

After 6 years without a problem, it was likely to happen. Today, we accidentally deleted a student's data. Axel was able to provide the missing data via email within an hour for us to re-input will little effort. Although Gradelink did not have an "undo" feature, Axel on the support team saved a lot of headache.
