Ditto what everyone else is saying. I never received my order. They blamed my local post office and refused to issue a refund. Scam!

My order never arrived. Ordered early December. After 7 weeks contacted the company. They said item was returned because the address was wrong. Checked order, it was correct. after 10 days of promises, was asked to pay an additional $2.98 to reship. They sent an outlook.com address to make payment which was a bad address. SCAM! Think before you order!

They are a total scam. Lie after lie

Ordered as a gift in early September. Finally received November 11, long past Halloween. Looks like many had similar experiences. Save your money.

Don't ever order anything from this company. I ordered a Halloween Advent calendar and never received it. I ordered it early September, and followed up on it in November because I never received it. They sent me tracking information that it had been shipped to me and then when I checked back on that tracking number it was just shipped after I complained about not receiving it. It states that it was shipped out in November and that my local post office returned it, but they say that they're not going to be able to receive it back either so they won't give me a refund. Their support team was incredibly unhelpful and now I'm out $50. Worst company ever, don't ever buy from them.

I never received my item. I emailed them for weeks about it. They said they'd send another, and nothing ever showed up. Now they refuse to refund me. They keep saying they "can't" and are "working on it." I'm furious – this is fraud and theft. DO NOT order from them.

I ordered two of the Halloween Advent calendar. After charging me for both, they said that there was only enough for one so would refund the one order. That never happened. I got tracking notifications for the the one they said was available only for it to stop updating on 10/04. After no update I reached out and they said, yeah its not updating on pur end either, we will send another. It is now mid November and zip. Do NOT tryst these guys. Giant scam.

Warning! DO NOT buy from this website. I purchased christmas wrapping paper that was listed at 17 inch x 32.8 feet and was priced for $17.99 each. I purchased 3 different styles and instead of sending me 3 rolls of wrapping paper they sent 3 pieces of wrapping paper. The pieces were 17 inch x 17 inch. They charged me 17.99 for a piece of paper and ot was folded into a small square and shipped that way. I reached out to support and the would not give me a refund or send the correct item I purchased. They offer a refund of $5 and then went up to $10, not the $64 I spent.

Scam. Ordered a Halloween advent calendar from them in early September, to give as a gift in late September. The charge was twice the listed price somehow, but I really wanted this for a gift and so let it go. I received multiple tracking emails up until a final one in mid October, stating my package was at a U.S. distribution facility. At that point I began asking for a refund. After three requests for a refund (all of which were responded to with nonsensical replies), I was finally told their request to refund my purchase was rejected by my bank. Then told it would take a few days to process. Never received the item, never received a refund. Scam. Wish I’d read these reviews first.

SCAM! I ordered the Halloween calendar countdown on 9/7 and never got it. I asked for an update and they said they would send out a new one which I declined because it has already mid Oct. They asked to trust them and be patient. I emailed again and asked for a refund and they said they couldnt because it was already shipped. SCAM.

I placed an order on Sep 12 for a Halloween Countdown Kit. The website says shipping can take 14-30 days. It is now Oct 30 and I still don't have the order. I have contacted Support several times asking for a refund as the kit is useless now. They said they would send me a new one which is ridiculous. I'm trying to dispute the charge with PayPal.

Negative stars. Theives. They kept telling me they would expedite my order, which I ordered on September 8th, that allegedly arrived in Wisconsin on the 5th of October. Twenty-three days ago. I'm going to call my bank tom to see if they can flag the site. I'm will be posting my experience on Reddit, IG, FB. Anywhere and everywhere. Do not order from these theives.

This company is a fake. I ordered two advent calendars. I have sent several emails asking where there are. I always got a message back that they are sending a new order. I ordered them on Sept. 9, 2025. I have sent five emails to this company. Please don't order from them.

I purchased a time sensitive item, a Halloween “advent” calendar. It was not arriving and I emailed them. They kept telling me it was coming. Then October started, they said it would arrive soon. Then October was in halfway over and they told me it was coming. Now, four days before Halloween they told me they could not refund me because the product had been dispatched. They said “ We're sorry, the item has already been dispatched and we cannot take it back.They are superior in quality and reasonable in price, and also have been in top-seller in our store for many years.
You can keep it for yourself, or as a birthday present.
I believe our products will always come in handy.”
DO NOT buy anything from this company. I still have not received it and doubt I will. They are dishonest and take money without supplying a product.

Fake company - I had the same experience as everyone else here where they didn't receive their item. Weirdly enough I also don't think they charged me for it though? Maybe they are just trying to steal people's credit card information? I'm unsure

You will not receive the product after placing your order. You will get fake support letters asking for your patience. They are buying time hoping you will give up. SCAM!

I placed an order 6 weeks ago. The item has not arrived and their shipping company has stopped posting updates. Terrible service. I am working with PayPal to try and get a refund.

I ordered a Halloween advent calendar on 9/10. Never received it. Never received tracking info. Never received a constructive response to my inquiry nor a refund. Absolute scam.

Never delivered, ordered months ago. Requested refund. Never happened.
