I got my cap and gown the day before…
I got my cap and gown the day before the graduation. It was supposed ship within 1-3 business days. It took almost 3 weeks I ordered a backup just in case on Amazon it was cheaper and it came in 2 days.

The order was shipped out on 10/21, which was the next business day after the order was placed. It was delivered by USPS on 11/1. We don't have any control after we ship the product out as to how long the transit time will be. Unfortunately, in your case, it took a few days longer than it normally does. Usually it should have reached in about 5-5 business days, but it took 9 business days.
