Refused to honor auction win and blocked accountI
I participated in a live auction on gragramp.com and won an item, receiving the official 'You Won' confirmation email from their server. However, the site owner refused to honor the transaction, claiming his website had a technical error with the final price.
Instead of handling the site glitch professionally, the owner locked my account entirely to prevent me from accessing the secure checkout. He then attempted to demand payment via a direct invoice outside of the platform. Very shonky and unprofessional operator. If you win an auction at a price he doesn't like, he will block your account.

— because the registration details (name, address, and contact information) did not match the bidder's identity and violated our Terms of
Service, which require accurate personal information for all participants.
When you attempted to access checkout, the "incorrect password" message you received was the direct result of you not remembering the email
address you had used to place the bid — because, again, the account was not registered under your own credentials. There was no "block" applied
after the auction; the account was already closed for false-information violations prior to the win, and no out-of-platform payment was ever
demanded.
The system "You Won" email is generated automatically the moment an auction ends and does not bypass our identity verification requirements. We
were happy to honor the sale once verified information was provided — that offer was declined.
We stand behind transparent and lawful auctions, and we apply the same identity-verification rules to every bidder, regardless of the winning
price. We're sorry this experience didn't meet your expectations, but we cannot complete sales to accounts opened with false information.
