Do not buy there messenger bag, the straps constantly slip £100 down the drain.
Unreliable store.
The goods were not shipped within 5 business days. When I asked if there was any issue with my order, I received a brief reply saying they would let me know once the manager responsible for shipping got back to them. The next day, I requested a refund. Never again. This store is a waste of time and a bad joke.

I don't usually write good reviews but found their customer service so good I couldn't stop myself. I found them to be very human, understanding and efficient. The only thing that exceeds it is the quality of their shorts/ pants.
Sadly disappointing quality and zero customer services
Bought three pairs of OG trousers (one in cord; two in greige).
Love the fit. But none meet the quality and "rugged" aspirations of the marketing.
- the two greige OG pants are both falling apart in the same places; hip, back pocket, inside pocket, edge of main pocket. Cotton clearly low quality
- cord shrunk badly on first (cold!) Wash - I am obsessive about following the label and going colder than recommended. Emailed and asked for help - nada!
- sent another email on a different occasion about a website pricing problem during a sale; no reply again
- as others have said, customer support emails go into a black hole. No reply - ever!
If you're happy to pay £100+ for trousers that last less than a year, shrink, tear, and just don't live up to the promises — go gramicci!
Lack of durability
In my experience the trousers start out very nicely, but quickly become baggier and baggier for no apparent reason. I have owned 2 pairs now and both had had large holes within a year.
Not great quality…
I’ve had shorts from them and thought they were great and good quality but I have just bought a down puffer jacket and when it arrived I was a bit disappointed at the quality, it seems a bit thin and not as full as it should be as well as some of the materials like the zip and outer fabric feeling cheap and not what I would have expected from Gramicci.
Order from UK to Germany
Order from UK to Germany. First it did not arrive for ages and Gramicci did not give me any information. Clothes for 400 Euros, already paid. Then the German post wanted 100 Euros additional tax few when the package finally arrived at my place. I refused to pay and contacted Gramicci. They agreed in refunding this 100 Euros if I accept the delivery. After I sent the receipt they refunded only 60 Euros of it.
Quality low, absolutely no customer service responses.
Purchased the Gramicci Hemp Blend for over 1200kr (my first Gramicci garment) from their webstore. Color fades away so fast that it is a quality oversight. I have contacted Gramicci via email and online form twice about this (first time months ago, and second time, > a week ago) and never heard back.

I have worn this style of shorts for years now. I love the fit, deep pockets, durability and length.

A decent transaction
To be honest, I was a bit wary, given all the bad reviews, but my experience was great. Ordered some shorts online on Saturday. They posted them Monday and they arrived Tuesday morning. Quality seems good, from an initial inspection. Time will tell from wearing them, but overall it was a good transaction for me.

Always send the wrong clothes
Great clothes but can't sort their orders at their warehouse. They send you either the wrong size and colour of what you ordered, or they send you the completely wrong items. Once you have sent items back, done proof of postage, waited for your items again... they send the wrong ones! I have never ordered from them and not received the correct clothes, so what's the point in ordering clothes directly from them. Order from ASOS or the like, unless you like lots of trips to the post office.

Customer service is not a strong suit of this company.
The clothes are fantastic. Love them.
Customer service, once I got their attention, were also great.
But customer service from the beginning wasn't all that good.
I'd asked in several ways for feedback on sizing, as I was ordering internationally and didn't want to have to return/exchange my purchase. Nobody responded to me. I tried more than one avenue and got nothing in return so just made my best guess based on the information on the Gramicci website.
The pants were too large when they arrived and had to go back. Gramicci customer service asked me to provide tracking - which is an extra cost.
In total I paid 42 Euros postage - for pants I don't have.
I didn't order a new pair.
As I said, I love the clothes themselves - I just wish someone had replied to my initial questions and then I could have saved myself the trouble and the money.
21.08.24 Update - 13 days ago after I posted this review, Gramicci reached out to me apologising for my customer service experience with them and asked that I get in touch (see their message below).
I did so immediately - and have not heard a thing from them since. Their automated reply says they'd be in touch within one working day.
I don't know if this was a genuine attempt at "making things right" or if it was just publicly declared contrition for the benefit of making them look caring. I'm sure they're busy - if so, they should adjust their automated reply to reflect their response times.
Like I said in my original review - the clothes are good. If you're interested in them, I'd very strongly suggest ordering from a stockist/retailer rather than dealing with Gramicci directly.
It's been a disappointing experience at my end.

Extremely slow shipping and customer service
First of all - this review is about the Gramicci website, not their clothes. I have been wearing their cloths for years and they are great.
I ordered a jacket almost a week ago and there has been zero updates on my order from Gramicci.co.uk. I paid for ‘Tracked 48’ shipping so it should have turned up within 48hrs? My order seems to be ‘stuck’ for whatever reason.
If you’re considering buying Gramicci apparel then I recommend going through an independent shop which stocks this brand (Steranko, Yards Store, Old Town General Store, Working Class Heroes, to name a few).
Great brand let down by a poor managment of website and, I’m guessing, an understaffed warehouse.
Dsorganised company
Ordered a pair of shorts from their website noting that orders were usually shipped within 2 working days. 4 working days later I emailed them for an update and was told that a staff sickness was holding up shipping. The next day I was notified that the item was out of stock. Over a week wasted due to disorganisation and a 10-day wait for a refund. My advice > Pay a bit more and order from a shop with a better online presence.
Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company. I have worn their garments for the past 7 years, and the quality has definitely dropped in that time. I still wear a lot of trousers/pants I bought 7 years ago, however made a purchase of two pairs of some more G Pants recently in the Black Friday sale and the buttons are already hanging on by a thread and the crotch is bobbling already (after about 4 wears).
I contacted their customer support thinking I had a defect pair and believed they would replace them with a new pair or repair them. I sent photos and Videos footage showing how loose the button was. They wanted me to post them to another company (Ellis Brigham), I didn’t hear anything back for 4 weeks and was informed I was being issued with a refund. The communication with customer service was very poor, and I got the impressed they didn’t really care. They later said that the department that tested believed the button was on secure. I don’t believe these are made to the quality they used to, and I certainly won’t be buying anymore Gramicci products. I probably would have received better customer service if I had not of bought through Gramicci directly.
