All sorted in less than 24hours from making the appointment.
We made an engineer appointment last night, Gary arrived this morning, efficient, polite and pleasant. We now have a new aerial and are delighted to be able to use Freeview again.

Quick turnaround and friendly service
Quick turnaround, only booked an appointment yesterday and aerial now fitted. Jamie (the engineer) explained what he was going to do in plain, easy to understand words, no use of any jargon. He also didn't rush me when I was speaking, which is very important to me as I have a stammer.

Company kept it's word. Engineer was brilliant !
Company kept it's word. An engineer was despatched the same day. Fault was diagnosed. A number of costed options were given. We chose to have everything replaced. Engineer did the work for us ensured the system and our TV was working before he left. Absolutely fantastic service. So glad we made the call.

Grande Digital or not …
I took on Grande Digital as they advertised as a local business, to replace my aerial. I soon realised that they use local companies to do the work and are not a local organisation themselves. However, the guy who arrived, from a different company, was really good, did the job and made sure that I was totally happy.

New aerial
The engineer was very pleasant & professional, he made me feel comfortable & explained that 😊 part of my original aerial was broken the job was done quickly. He then came inside & tested my living room tv & box, advising me that my recordable box wasn't working properly, although he got it working, but upon trying it recently it isn't working again.Marie who rang with the options of aerials & cost was lovely. Thank you both.

Install Freesat satelitte dish,set up LG televison and demonstrate how to use.
Telephoned me prior to arrival and came at time agreed.
Explained exactly what work he needed to do to fulfill my requirements.
Very clean and tidy,i will use this company again and definately recommend.
