Bad costumer service, they don’t know how to deal with costumers enquiries

I was dubious about booking to go to Grand Health Point due to the reviews being quite low. But we booked through Nazz who was amazing from start to finish. She went above and beyond. Explained every single detail about the process we did not feel pressured at all by her, if anything she made us feel very comfortable and at ease. Nazz is a credit to Grand Health Point and i really hope she continues to work with them. She is a very caring outgoing lovely young lady who will go out of her way to organize absolutely everything for your stay i. Turkey. It felt like she was my family towards the end and she will remain a very good friend. She did not pressure us into anything and was always messaging and checking up on us. She met us at the airport and took us to the hotel which was clean and very central, food was extremely cheap. Everywhere we had to go Nazz was there with us 100 percent. Nazz even went out of her way to get things for us that we had forgotten, she is very lovely.We arrived with Nazz at the hospital who took us to our room which accommodated me and my son and my husband was in another room just across the ward, but he stayed in our room with no problems. The room was clean and airy with plenty of light and good air conditioning, you had your own bathroom and tv. And plenty of lovely views. Ali and the rest of the nurses were fantastic, lovely and very caring. It felt like they were looking after family rather than strangers. A credit to the hospital. We were a bit nervous about meeting the Surgeon Dr. Osman as the surgeons I have met in UK are a bit rude and abrupt but I was pleasantly surprised he is a lovely Dr and he listened to what we wanted and explained every single thing and even gave us options for surgery, which never happens here. He came to see us on the morning of the operation and checked we were all OK and spoke to us in theatre. After the procedure he came and checked on us, changed our dressings, made sure we were all OK and if there was anything he can do. He is a very passionate Dr who cares about his work but most of all about his patients, he will try and help you get the results you want and I'm very pleased that we chose this hospital and this Dr, the whole experience has been thoroughly enjoyable ( if thats possible considering i was having surgery) i was pleased with the whole experience and will definitely be going back. Also the turkish locals love chatting to new people so take a walk down to the local hospital cafe staff are very friendly and chatty

I just had my tummy tuck surgery with Grand health point. The staff and the coordinators were amazing. I would 100% recommend Grand health point the care you get is great before&after . My surgeon was excellent he was professional and friendly. Im really happy with my result and the after care.

I had a really nice experience with grand health point from the beginning till the end. I did liposuction and bbl operation. the surgeon, really did a great job, the scars are so minimal, and very thin, that I believe after couple of months it will not be visible.
Everything was fast and smooth. From the begining they assigned a travel coordinator for me and she was with me step by step to make my life easier in Turkey. It has been 3 months now and I'm suggesting thm to all of my friends.
