Every time I reached out to customer service I got good people. The response time was FAST!! my redemption was in my account Monday morning after my bank opened at 9 a.m. I know first hand from playing and being on several sites, we take a chance not only with our money but with the people behind these sites. I've definitely had my share of the ones who didn't hold up to what they claimed. So, with that being said, Grand Prize thank you for awesome customer service and a timely redemption.
Received a offer for a sign up bonus and upon completion of providing my information I did not receive what was promised and when I contacted support they told me it was a system error and that's why I didn't receive what was promised. Then they told me they were not going to correct the error but expect me to trust them enough to spend money with their platform and to trust them with my personal documents
