Granite and TREND Transformations UK - Ellesmere Port Avis 

From our initial visit to the Ellesmere Port showroom and speaking to Sarah to the completion of the 3 jobs, everybody was extremely helpful and professional.
From David who came out to discuss our requirements, to Rich who did all the installations. We cannot praise the quality of Rich’s work enough, he completed our kitchen at the end of January and as we were so pleased with his work he was allocated the job of refurbishing the bathroom & en-suite in April.
He was a pleasure to have in our home and always left everywhere clean tidy at the end of the day.
Cannot recommend this company enough.

Customer service was excellent from visiting the showroom to the fitting date. Helen, David, the admin girls in the office were very helpful. Richard and Steve who fitted the worktops were very professional and their attention to detail was second to none.

From making our choice to templates and fitting, Trend so helpful and caring. Work was done to schedule and mess cleaned up each day. Snagging was fast and efficient, and when the new sink required more work than expected, done without fuss bother. End result is BRILLIANT

We could not face having a totally new kitchen installed but the new doors, replacement worktop and new appliances make this a brilliant new room.

We had our kitchen work tops fitted over 6 years ago and they still look as good as new. Yesterday I damaged an area around the cooker, I rang to see about a repair and spoke with Helen, she was so helpful with the situation regarding sending photos and explaining procedure etc. within a couple of hours they had sent Ryan out to repair the work top and what a great job he did, thank you trend transformations for brilliant customer service, cooker back in place all as good as new within less than half a day ! 😀

Right from the initial estimate,TREND were a dream company. The estimate was given to us a quickly as promised and every thing from there went like clock work. Richard arrived on time to make the templates,and tell us what would happen at the factory.
On the start date Richard was again on time and explained exactly what the process would entail.
At the end of the day he explained that he would back for few hours the next morning to finish the job,which he duly did. The end of the job has left us with a fantastic looking kitchen,which appears to be twice as big as it was.
All the staff at TREND were exceptional particularly the ladies in office and of course RICHARD.
I heartily recommend this company.

Can't believe the difference to our kitchen in four days. My choice of colour and style options, with doors and worktops, makes it practically unique to me . Great customer service in showroom, during the ordering process, on the job and through to the finish. Would recommend anyone looking to re vamp their kitchen to contact them first.

From firstly going to the showroom the lady who dealt with us was very warmly towards us & being on a Saturday just before they close she was dealing with another client/couple but was happy to show us around and dealt with us fantastically hence booking a appointment. Their fitter did an excellent job installing the sink, taps & worktops & slash backs very clean tidy in carrying out these but most of all delivering a brilliant job. So if you are thinking of doing something like this then this is a company you should consider using one hundred per cent.

Everyone really helpful making it a good experience. Easy process from measuring to fitting, everyone came at the arranged time and day sending a text message to confirm the day before. Excellent product really pleased with the results.

From first contacting Trend Ellesmere Port to have our old kitchen worktops replaced we were impressed with the professionalism of the admin staff who were extremely friendly and helpful. David who measured up was very efficient and gave plenty of sound advice on the complexities of our kitchen layout. Richard who installed our worktops was top class from start to finish. An excellent job all round. we are extremely pleased and happy with our kitchen. We would not hesitate to recommend and use use in the future. A big thank you to all the team.
