Don't take them seriously. Had a first call with one of their agents. Was told they will get in touch. This was 3 weeks ago. Never heard back. Then I read the reviews online. And now I know why and Im glad they never reached out again.

Unless you are prepared to do it all by yourself - and that is if you have time don't attempt to do it via them! They would give you a panel to fill in all the details all by yourself - don't really understand yoru business model or has the slightest interest to try and understand it. In reality, it is another one of those commission base business model to grab your money which in my opinion is disgraceful for SMEs trying to survive in today's climate! Not a single person contacted to follow up or discuss after the submission (which was by the way also done by our team)!

The whole process felt like I had a whole team behind me. The Grantify team has worked this out the very best way - from practice, practice, practice. There is a package where they do it all for you. I chose the hybrid version as I have been a professional writer and fundraiser in previous careers. But, I always stayed away from grant application writing, knowing it to be such a specialist niche. The Grantify platform signposts you all the way. They ask a question, tell you how many words you have, give you a box to put it in, you get templates for spreadsheets and appendices, you go through several pages of this, and submit for a platform review. A grant writing expert takes a look and offers feedback and suggestions; you go back through and address those, you meet that person before you submit again for a more thorough review. I'm at that stage now, and the same person (for me, it was the thoroughly professional and supremely friendly Aisha, who herself has a PhD in psychology so understood the nature and nuances of our project) offers you final feedback from them and another expert who is only seeing the application clean at this stage, so can offer a fresh pair of eyes and sensibility, and you get a chance to address these latest revisions. I am so in awe of the process; from the feedback I received after the first review, which made the application 10X stronger already, I will trust anything they say at that point and simply get on with making those revisions before our final submission goes directly to Innovate UK. We believe we have co-created a very strong case for funding what could be a revolution in how we provide mental health support in the UK and around the world. I am so glad we came across Grantify, and I would heartily recommend them to anyone thinking of applying for funding. It is a daunting task at the best of times, and it needs to be rigorous, especially with public funding. The Brain Gym & Research Ltd's application is exactly that. Amazing system, concept and service and a great thought-out process. No need to look anywhere else.

My experience with the Grantify team from intake, to relationship management, to their impressive support team and thorough grant consultants was truly exceptional. The entire team went the distance with me from beginning to end. When I faced challenges or needed clarification, their response was prompt and thorough. There was never a time when I did not truly feel supported. The entire team was personable yet professional. What I learned through this process is invaluable. Its was worth it! If you're thinking about trying them for business, I say go for it! One area of improvement is with the model questions. When I went through the review process with the Grant Consultant the responses they were looking for was not in alignment with what they requested we model, which in turn created more work.However, I understood after my Grant Consultant explained that they taylor the responses to the agencies based off their prior experiences with them, which actually makes more sense. I was able to provide more direct responses.

The process to qualify whether or not our company would be eligible for a grant was simple in that we got to the answer with a few clicks in less than 5 minutes. However, we have no idea why and in the end all we've achieved is giving some unknown entity our contact details.

Not a hint of the exhorbitant fees in their email promotions nor on their website. Only after you've wasted your time scheduling a meeting and going through their "qualification" interview do you discover they want $6000 UP FRONT.

Good platform

Easy to navigate and great feedback on the grant application. I will be able to provide a better review when we learn if we have been accepted for our Phase One proposal for the NSF. The only thing that suprised my co founder and I was the $7,000 investment made (plus a commission fee if we get the grant) to Granify and we initially anticipated that the grant was going to be written for us, unfortunately we had to do all the writing ourselves but we did get expert reviewal and the process was easier.

Updated Review: Deceptive Tactics and Zero Accountability

Review: $6,000 and 1 Year Later – Zero Results and Broken Promises
Over a year ago, I paid Grantify $6,000 based on three specific contractual promises that have all been broken:

The $5,000 AWS Credit Lie: I was promised $5,000 in Amazon Web Services credits. After applying four separate times, I have received nothing. Grantify’s excuse is that Amazon stopped offering the credits after I paid them. Apparently, I am expected to eat the cost for their failed partnership.

Misleading NSF Support: They sold me on the National Science Foundation (NSF) grant, calling my project a "slam dunk" and guaranteeing I would "almost certainly" receive it. In reality, I received far less support than promised, and my application was rejected both times.

The "Hundreds of Grants" Deception: I was told that if in the "unlikely" event the NSF attempts failed, they would actively support applications for other grants, of which they claimed there were "hundreds." Not only did we never apply for a single alternative grant, but they are now claiming my contract has expired because a year has passed.

Final Warning
This experience has been horrific. I am currently considering legal action to hold them accountable for what I believe are predatory business practices.
Do not use this service. Again I have 100% documented proof of these claims, including the contract and the entire email thread with the CEO.

ZERO Grants Secured & Unfulfilled $5,000 Amazon Credit – Highly Dissatisfied
I'm writing to express my complete dissatisfaction with the service provided by Grantify. Not only have they failed to secure any grants whatsoever for my business, but a primary reason I agreed to pay the $6,000 fee was the explicit promise of a $5,000 Amazon credit. Despite countless attempts on my part, this credit has not been granted. This is unacceptable.
I've reached out multiple times seeking resolution, only to be seemingly ignored. Furthermore, I was "ghosted" by a Grantify representative who subsequently left, and all my attempts to communicate via email have either gone unsuccessful or unanswered. It now appears the Amazon credit is no longer available, even though I diligently followed all instructions and requirements.
This situation is not okay. I demand an immediate investigation into this matter and a swift resolution for both the unfulfilled Amazon credit and the complete lack of grant results.

The AI assurance they provide for applications is really helpful. It is easy to use and for many questions, not all, the AI version was an improvement on my own.

We had a poor experience, but after leaving some feedback, Grantify’s CEO, Mat, contacted me and we discussed our points. It was a constructive conversation, and I believe the issues we had will be addressed in the company and hopefully won’t happen in future.

The product itself was very good and an incredible help for someone who isn’t very skilled in writing a detailed essay style applications. It took us a bit longer than suggested on the site, so be ready to still spend a fair amount of time on this if you haven’t had previous experience doing so. The AI feature that turns bullet points into paragraphs is very handy.

I would say to anyone using this service, just to make sure you are fully aware of all of the conditions of the grants that you are applying for. Eligibility, restrictions on use of the grant money etc.

It is also worth looking into how you will achieve the capital needed if you are successful. We found that unsecured business loans are incredibly difficult to get, and you shouldn’t assume that you will be able to get one.

If you have a full understanding of the grant you are applying for and a plan for how you can achieve the necessary capital then I would recommend the product for helping with the grant application.

Grantify provided excellent support and feedback on completing our application

Grantify are great at selling your their services. What they are more selective in is giving you the real odds of securing a grant after paying thousands for their assistance.

It takes months to go through a grant process. And doing almost all the work yourself with occasional reviews from Grantify, is what you should expect.

But whilst they are brilliant at 'selective statistics' when selling you their services, they are far from transparent as to your genuine chances of securing funding. Quoting success rates in the 90%'s sounds excellent. But you really need to drill down to get the truth of your actual chance after all the weeks of work. And it is 'weeks' of work.

We have just received our result after following almost all of Grantify's advice before submission. We failed. But this isn't sour grapes. Innovate UK funded just 43 projects from over 1300 application. Yes around 3%!

Going into the process there is no way Grantify could not have known these type of odds, in my opinion. They specialise in knowing what the judges are looking for. They claim that of the previous winning submissions 90%+ used Grantify too. So they know their stats, I have no doubt. But would anyone choose to pay thousands of pounds for just a 3% chance of success?

That's the reason for 2 stars. Perhaps it should be one. We feel deceived. Perhaps we didn't ask the right question. But there is no reason for those reading this to go into business with them without being warned.

Gaining grants is incredibly difficult. Innovate UK has now paused the one we went for anyway. So whilst we wait to see what Grantify do to compensate for not being able resubmit another time (promised as part of the sales process also), my review is a warning to others.

Your chances of gaining a grant, even with Grantify helping are very close to zero. So to pay thousands for their help 'might' increase your odds. But your odds will always be VERY close to zero. Regardless of how good your proposition - and ours scored well. And those are the statistics that matter in the end.
