Paint colours are fab
Paint colours are fab, and the finish is lovely matt. non smelly and good coverage. I was a bit disappointed that one pot costs £5 delivery, (not too bad) but 2 pots costs £15 delivery.....so I am ordering one by one...

Thank you for taking the time to review our paints. Regarding delivery costs, I'm afraid that Royal Mail are sticklers for their weights and very unfortunately, 2 litres comes into the next delivery price bracket. Of course, if 3 tins are ordered uniquely, annoyingly there is no longer a saving.

Old School Review

Paint is of a good quality and goes on well with either brush or roller
Paint is durable, accidently ran an aluminium step ladder down the wall and all that was left was a mark where the metal work had been left behind i.e. paint did not flake / crack from wall. A quick touch up and none the wiser.
Photometric quality is also good, no hard shine / reflection. Even under pure LED lights, colours do not blanche
Colour choices blend well with background furniture
Ordering paint was next day delivery

A friend give me a tin of this paint &…
A friend give me a tin of this paint & I've just ordered a tin.
It's like magic, my house is 150 years old and it needs to breath, before this paint I used normal emulsion and it wasn't long the paint was coming away from the wall ..I rubbed it down & used this graphstone & the paint stays on the wall, best paint for old houses ..😀

Colour supplied did not match website
Paint supplied [Kombu] was significantly different to the colour swatch on the website. When queried a swatch was sent that matched the paint delivered but not the website page. They also sent another swatch [Brunswick] that did match their website page, so no consistency. There only real answer from them was that their website was due to be upgraded.
Beware that you will not get any refund if the paint is not the colour you expected and from a small sample test you will need at least three coats and maybe more.
Personally I would steer well clear.

I'm really sorry to read about your colour challenges here.
Colour matches based on computer screens is an issue we highlight online, an issue we also highlighted with you in our earlier email exchanges. This is due to the significant variations that you get with different monitors and screens, something that we cannot avoid.
It's for this reason that we always urge customers to order one of our free colour cards first to verify the desired colour. These have actual Graphenstone paint colour chips.
For even greater accuracy, where needed, we also recommend ordering either a 15 x 21cm sample colour patch which you can take on and off the wall to try in different areas or a 100ml sample pot, which provides a much larger spread of colour, that you can also test in the space planned for redecoration. Our paints do, in fact, have very high covering power and opacity, so two coats is sufficient, although like all paint brands, the most intense, pigmented colours can need an extra coat.
I understand in this case you ordered a 1 litre pot of paint first without a colour card or a sample pot, based on the colour you saw on your screen. I'm sorry this did not turn out to be the colour you were hoping for.
We are launching a new website at the end of the month. However, the same colour rules will apply I'm afraid! That's the nature of the variation in colour that you will unavoidably encounter from different screen resolutions.
I do hope the end result of your project will still satisfy you, Kombu is one of the best sellers in our range. Meanwhile, many thanks for your interest in Graphenstone, and I'm sorry on this occasion it has not resulted in the level of satisfaction that we normally achieve with our customers.

My samples arrived in good time, were well packed too. There's a bit of space in the pot to allow a bit of thinning to achieve the ideal consistency. The paint is excellent in coverage, depth of pigment and wearing. Highly recommended
