Three days ago I bought a product from you and the link you sent me took me to a page that said "404 Page Not Found" error.
I emailed you and sent you a support ticket at least four times and never got a response. And I STILL do not have a working link and, of course, the product. Never again.

- sometimes insufficient instructions for using effects
- some sketches stop unfinished - the manual does not mention this
-links to video tutorials that are not on YT
- for large packages (50) there are enough of them that are the same in the result

And as our products are collected from some great Vendors around the world, they provide us with the manual, and the time we check them, they work fine. But maybe for some technical issues, the videos get removed accidentally. If you face these issues, please let us know so that we can recollect the Tutorials from the vendors again.

Bad files
Every folder I have unzipped has one file with an error. Meaning every folder has one unusable file.
