US Wellness Meats’ Beef Jerky Sticks are neatly formed into uniform sticks. Plain Beef Jerky Sticks are made from the same great ingredients as US Wellness Meats’ other grass-fed Beef Jerky Products, but with only two ingredients: beef and sea salt. This easy-to-chew Jerky can't be beat! Plain Beef Jerky is AIP-friendly, for more information visit US Wellness Meats’ blog. These meat sticks are not fully dehydrated so they are not shelf stable due to the moisture content. They will need to be refrigerated after opening or kept frozen until you're ready to eat. Each Plain Beef Jerky Stick package averages 8 ounces (6-8 sticks). All of US Wellness Meats’ beef products are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished.

Not what I expected as beef jerky. It was ground meat pressed and formed into strips. Taste was fair but ended up feeding it to the dog

Love love love these! Just salt and grass fed beef. I can’t tolerate many of the spices in most beef jerky so this is perfect for me. I individually wrap them, freeze them and then take one on the road with me if I’m gone during lunch. Very tasty!

This is my favorite US Wellness product because it’s just meat and salt. Most jerky is full of spices that I can’t eat. And they’re delicious! Came in handy hiking in the Great Smoky Mts this summer!

First time I tried this and it’s very good. The taste is just like the sliced plain jerky, but I like the compact sticks and being able to easily bite into it and not tear it. I still like the sliced jerky, but this is a good one to keep on hand.

Guess you have to keep frozen? Otherwise meat quality very good. Flavor good. Satisfying.
