I cut up the liver in tiny pieces and freeze it and eat it raw, I can't eat cooked liver but this goes down pretty easy and I get all my nutrients

I wanted so badly to love this beef. I am starting to eat organ meats and I was excited to find beef liver. Unfortunately, this liver was tough and stringy. I was disappointed and ended up throwing the remainder away. 🥺
