My 12 year old son who doesn't love red meat at to start with what skeptical when I stated what we were having for dinner. Once he tried the butt steak for the first time, he absolutely devoured it and came back asking for more!! These are going to now become a staple in our house! Great alternative to a filet! Great flavor, texture, and I can't wait to order more. We purchased 8 and already down to 2. We actually had them 2 days in a row!!!!! One note, one of the steaks wasn't completely sealed completely so when defrosting juices leaked out.
so far all is well

I've been buying these butt steaks for several years......very flavorful. I am a big fan.
Lovely steak for breakfast at medium rare under the broiler, easy to cut and good mouthfeel - great value! Will definitely buy again!

A great cut of steal. This was very tender and tasty, just enough fat to be flavorful.
As Tony the Tiger used to say they're great! Yes, I know that was cereal he was referring to. However, just because these are butt steaks doesn't mean it's tough. Can't go wrong with some butt on the plate.
