This ground lamb adds a truly beautiful, unique flavor to everything. In a meat pasta sauce, in Shepard's pie, or a 1/3 pounder grilled to perfection, with a melted, mild white cheddar on top. Delicious. I've gone through about 12 pounds so far. Just keep reordering.
