lamb has a good amino acid profile and the fat content is great for those on a carnivore diet, Easy to prepare, good flavor (if you like lamb).
Another favorite of mine. Usually, at least 5 of my 14 weekly meals are lamb. Be it ribs or burgers. These are so full of flavor it's crazy. If you like the taste of lamb, these are a must to keep on hand. I enjoy them with a chunck of non-pasturized sheep cheese on the side. Even with some eggs now and then. Eggs are a great side with all the meat selections.

I love lamb!, and my family loves my lamb burgers. To me it's the higher fat content that keeps the burger together better than other ground lamb that I've purchased. You'll never have a more flavorful and juicy burger!
