Amazing Server Host and Support Team
Excellent customer service! Had a ram and a steam token issue and staff were able to fix it up for me right away! All the support team members are super nice and my server starts up and runs great even with heavy mods running.

i was being helped very much from tashdeedk is his discord user and he helped me a lot with setting up my server and the mods with it and my billing problems he was a very good helper.

So far not bad!
Server setup initially was fairly easy. Website is a bit confusing to navigate, but it works. I caused the server to be stuck and had to open a ticket, which took almost 4 hours to get resolved, which seemed to be fairly simple to resolve, but due to them being a smaller company, it is expected. Overall customer experience is 10/10... time to response is 8/10...
