Had issues with squirrels in my loft. James was fantastic and identified the entry point right away. He also laid down traps and came back as soon as they went off which on this occasion was multiple times but it was no bother for him. He also kindly let me keep the traps in the loft while a roofer fixed the hole we had. Can’t praise the service and professionalism enough, James is great! Highly recommend.
James was amazing start to finish and was very knowledgeable of what he was doing. We had a wasps nest in 2 different locations and within an hour he did the treatment. Gave us tons of advice and recommended for us to call him whenever we think any issue appears with pests. Don’t tend to receive a service like this, but was overall so pleased with Gravesham Pest Control and super happy I came across them. Truly a very friendly, kind and professional person who knew his stuff.

Meeting James has been a truly wonderful experience, not only did he get rid of what we thought were wasps that turned out to be European Hornets, he did it with class, humour, kindness and a very careful manner.
James was such a pleasure to talk to, we also learned that we have pantaloon bees and his love for nature is truly awe inspiring. He shared so much time just engaging in conversation with me about various habits of these critters, and his knowledge seemed infinite. His kindness is infectious and we will never seek out anyone else for any pest needs. Truly exceptional!!

This Company is ace! I had a massive wasps nest at my house which was pretty scary and phoned Gravesham Pest control. James arrived within a couple of hours to sort it out. James was absolutely BRILLIANT. He knew his stuff, was kind, friendly, tidied up & was super professional. I’m just so impressed. Price paid? £95.00!! If you’ve got vermin, wasps or pests this is the guy for you. Would 100% recommend.
