I came to Istanbul to done my zircon teeth at Gravity clinic. The procedure was excellent, with no pains it’s just relax waiting for yours teeth. Stuff was helpful specially Dr Jad, assistant Yaman and others. They care about you from you are arrival to Istanbul, it’s recommended your travel and accommodation at all the time. The best time ever I made in Istanbul and finally I can smile. Thank you Dr Jad you made my smile.

The team, Yaman, Ryan were outstanding from the very start. DrJad liaised with me for several weeks prior to my arrival to make sure o was kept informed of the process.
Collected at the airport, taken to the hotel which was included in the price. Picked up and dropped off from the hotel to the clinic each day.
The dental staff were so polite, professional and curious throughout my entire stay.
I cannot fault a single thing. 5 stars all the way. I am so pleased with the results.

From start to finish. What can I say. Fantastic service, money well spent, worth every penny. Staff fantastic, dentist so attentive and I would recommend to everyone and anyone.

Was more than happy with end result. Can not fault the work or the staff. My dental nurse, translators, drivers and all other staff were all exceptional. Only thing I would say as a negative is a treatment plan should have been provided from day one as I wasn’t happy about certain treatments being thrown on me on the day. But let me make it clear I am very happy with end result and the treatment provided . Thanks to all the staff at gravity clinic. Especially the lady who did all my treatment.

I had a good experience with Dr Jad, he was accommodating to what I wanted out of my experience from start to finish.

I had my teeth done 12 implants and the surgery was straight forward. No pain.

Everyone one in the team worked amazingly and kept me calm all the way through.

Excellent service and brilliant treatment

Run away from them. They take your money and then you are nobody to them. No documents, no treatment plan. They literally make fun of your health. They go by many names (VSC, Gravity, Mavidenta, starpluspolyclinic…). They upload stolen photos to their pages. Rita, who pretends to be a “doctor”, this is not her real name at all, and that is how she signs their made-up “guarantee” of 25 years. You can see in the photos what they created 😡, crooked bite, colored crowns because they use fake material. I suffered terrible pain for a month after having 28” zirconium crowns placed. I returned to the clinic and everything was fine for them. After consultations in England and Bulgaria with three dentists, everyone is of the opinion that I should immediately remove everything. They closed my untreated teeth, the crowns click, food gets under them because they are outside the gum., constant inflammation of the gums. Huge teeth like bricks that put a strain on the jaw. And for this madness committed by them I paid £4400. After 2 months I specifically wrote to Gravity and the fictional Dr. Jad gave me an offer for the same for £2200. Draw your own conclusions. These are for prison and I will distribute them to all media in Bulgaria and England.

I confirm that my dental treatment was arranged, coordinated, and provided through individuals representing Gravity Clinic, while during communication and the treatment process various trade names and identities were used.
The actual dental procedures were performed at VSC Clinic, as evidenced by invoices, warranty documents, written correspondence, and photographic material in my possession.
2. Regarding the medical activity and participating dentists
The procedures were carried out by the same dentists who perform treatments for patients referred through Gravity Clinic and at VSC Clinic. I possess information regarding the identity and participation of these medical professionals, which can be provided upon request by Trustpilot or any competent regulatory or judicial authority.
3. Regarding the outcome of the treatment
Following completion of the treatment, I sought follow-up contact due to severe and persistent pain, functional disorders, inflammatory processes, and bite issues, but was informed that my condition was “normal.”
Subsequently, based on independent expert dental opinions from licensed professionals in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Bulgaria, it was confirmed that the performed treatment did not meet accepted clinical standards and that complete removal of the placed restorations is necessary.
4. Regarding the use of multiple trade names
The fact that different clinic names, trade marks, and representatives were used during the treatment and communication created an objective inability to clearly identify the actual provider of the dental service, which is of material importance for the protection of patient rights.
5. Regarding the nature and good faith of this statement
This statement does not constitute an anonymous, false, or misleading assertion, but reflects my actual personal experience, based on the dental service received, the resulting adverse effects, and supporting evidence, including expert assessments and photographic documentation.
6. Regarding supporting evidence
I declare my readiness to provide the full set of supporting documentation, including correspondence and information regarding the participating dentists, to Trustpilot and/or any competent regulatory or judicial authority upon due request. The purpose of this statement is to inform the public and protect consumer rights, without intending to damage the reputation of any individual or entity beyond the scope of factual truth.

My experience with Gravity was positive.
My dentist was amazing and really saw me through the whole process.
Yaman and my driver was great too.
I love my new teeth I had 24 crowns, I had to pay more then quoted but this was due to having to have some root canals done after the teeth were shaven down.
Overall a good experience and happy with the result
