Honestly, I was very skeptical to find a Fujifilm X100VI i stock and at MSRP, but after some research with BBB and TrustPilot, i decided to give Gray Porter a shot. There were some issues with shipping delays (no fault of Gray Porter!), but Manu at Gray Porter was in constant contact and even refunded shipping fee (I paid for express), gave me an additional discount for the inconvenience, and extended my warranty by a year for free. Highly recommend, and will for sure be purchasing from them again!

While trying to make payment online my card was rejected because their system wouldn't recognise my country address. I made a phone call to their London office and spoke to Manu had a look and confirmed there was a problem. He then took my details and sent me a secure payment link so that I could make my payment. Everything then went through and I received my purchase.

Manu in Customer Services has been truly excellent, responding by phone to my emails and messages even at 19:00. Unlike most importers, they hold UK stock so I received my couriered Nikon next day included in the base cost! They promptly resolved a problem with the supplied charger terminals by ordering me a UK version direct from Nikon without any extra charge. Just a great experience.
