Excellent customer service! I ordered roller shades that rolled the wrong way. They were super supportive of helping understand how to reverse the roll to fix my delimma. When I place a second order, they were able to pull my previous order to be certain that my new order matched the previous one.

The brackets that were given don’t accommodate the solar panels sold to us. Everything else was pretty good so far

Had issues with 2 solar panels and customer service was prompt and replaced the solar panels quickly and even followed up if they were working. Great company would shop there again.

Graywind first order shipped out and…
Graywind first order shipped out and arrived promptly but the panel fabric could be seen through so I sent an email to see what could be done. They replied back with some fabric and colors I like. Up picked a dark gray color , they sent. An email with a very reasonable fee to order the new panels and received the order in 4days. The panel kit is easy to install, everything is well packed and when installed looks amazing and so easy to open and close!
My new home came with vinyl blinds , I will replace with the panel blinds and these panel binds can be installed over the existing blinds which gives me more options for Arizona sun and heat. This order is for a sliding glass door and I didn’t like typical vertical blinds because you have to pull a cord to open and close and a stick to turn to angle them. The panels are opened and closed with ease. Also have a remote controlled option but really don’t need it. I really like the look of the panels, they look modern and clean!

I bought the battery operated blinds for my arched window, high above my reach. My blinds are GREAT! Pretty easy for my handyman to install and they work great. And the company answered all my questions right away!
