Accidentally received more than I ordered and was told to keep the excess after a brief but very polite conversation with the owner. A man with a real passion for tea he likes.

I will be buying more. the hardest part is what to get from the varied and unique stock.

What I received was all packaged very well and arrived intact and promptly.

Amazing product and great delivery times.
Bursting with flavours and high quality leaves in getting a minimum of 3 pots from each use.
Will 100% use again.

Had a short order sent to me this time, but emailing the team, Alex was straight on the response and sorted it out. Even got a complimentary taster tea of one i wouldnt have normally ordered. Really reasonable prices and delicious teas. I cant recommend this honest company highly enough!

A great place to buy great tea and that's a definite. The biggest step I have recently taken in my Chinese tea journey was to keep trying new teas and how well I've been rewarded for that!

The teas Ive tried so are great, quality is excellent (lives up to the name!). Dispatch was fast and delivery earlier than expected.

I bought a fair selection of teas and most were of a very good standard. I had issues with two variety’s but the company were quick to get back to me and offer advice and alternatives. Very highly recommended for a uk supplier, we need more high quality tea providers in the uk!

As someone who appreciates tradional teas as well as herbal concontions, I love that Great Tea offers both, and I never thought that I would find myself drinking blue tea! The butterfly pea flower blew me away! Inspiration in a cup!

very good overall, its very interesting browsing the shop and looking at the compressed tea cakes and lose teas, they have lots in stock and the teas you can find are indeed grate!

Basically it’s beautiful green tea. Delivery is a bit slow, but the packaging allows it to post easily through the letterbox.
