I love chocolate filled with liquor, but these products are not like what I ever ate. not happy with the quality, received as already expired and filling was dried out and hollow, there is no liquor left or never filled with liquor at all. It tastes very dry, soapy and bitter.
My shipment arrives between the specified date where I didnt have to contact anyone.
Its my first time to order and wasn't sure if it was a legit company. But the trust has been built and for sure ill be back to shop again.
Slow delivery and package was flimsy so all the products purchased were broken and leaked. However the company responded quickly and gave a full refund so I have no complaint.
The product and pricing was as I would expect for an imported product. What I didn't expect was the extra week of the product sitting at the shipping hub once it arrived in the USA. I think its more a carrier issue than the Great British Imports issue to be honest.
Never had such a stressful experience buying anything online.
So, their website mentions 1-3 days delivery to US. Because delivery is expensive - I got 5 cans of baby formula. My package took 2 weeks, because seller didn’t attach documentation, it stuck in customs.
Manufacturer of Kendamil product that I bought, says : do not expose ( for unopened and opened cans) to extreme heat or extreme cold. Store temperatures between 13 and 24°C. They should definitely not be exposed to temperatures above 35°C or below 0°C.
Package got stuck in Memphis customs trailer for 2 weeks in environment without A/C. Memphis is very hot, +49C.
I contacted seller asking refund, because I didn’t get package and it is obviously already spoiled anyways. For what he responded me that he is not responsible for customs and delivery time and neither product quality that he sells. So no refund for me. And it was 252 dollars!
I got no baby formula and no money. What a scam! Then I had to keep calling FedEx and fighting with them to open a request to return it to the seller back, and also claim through PayPal for my refund. One months of daily stress and still nothing!
What a shame!
Super great customer service! Attentive! Fast response. Human! Outstanding packaging. Very focused from the very beginning all through to the end.
