Green Blender Avis 6

I just got my first box from this company, and I will never order from them again! Daily Harvest is so much better! Greenblender simply sent me a box of extremely expensive produce including a moldy beet. Nothing was prepared or cut up. I could have run to my local grocery store and gotten the same thing... only fresher. I have sent messages to the company and have heard nothing back. Daily Harvest sends your smoothie ingredients frozen and ready to blend. I have been so much more pleased with Daily Harvest!

Looking to make mornings easier, I really wanted to like Green Blender. Unfortunately, my delivery was a day late. My first impression - not much in the way of ingredients - everything was small in size or minimal in quantity. I opened up the first pack, Golden Clementine, and found squished grapes, a teeny tiny clementine, pomegranate powder that was opened and damp, and really rough looking ginger. Everything in the pack was sticky. Tried that smoothie - pretty flavorless - especially once the water and ice was added. Next I tried Sweet Pineapple Kiwi - no Mangosteen powder in my pack. The contents in this pack were very sticky too. Without water or ice - it wasn't too bad, but once I added the cup of water and the cup of ice it was pretty flavorless. Liquid Gold will be next - a little leery to try since my golden beet has mildew all over it. :( So far it appears that the amount of ingredients, especially fruit, is inadequate for one, let alone two 12 oz smoothies. Ingredient quality is not good. Very pricey for what you are getting.
I have to add an update - while I was not thrilled with the quality and delivery of GreenBlender - their customer service folks reached out to me and offered to make things right. That goes a loooong way in my book.

Excellent! I run a lot and need added nutritions. this place is amazing. Everything is pre-proportion and everything is very healthy. I love the protein one, energy once, and extra glow. Very convenient comes right to your door. Love the new straws. If you have never tried it before I definitely recommend it. Please try it!!

Green Blender charged my credit card despite the fact I had put a "hold" on my account. When I asked them to refund the charge, they refused and said I needed to show proof of a cancelation and that I had only "skipped" several deliveries. I feel like I'm having to take responsibility for the poor user experience of their website and because I was under the impression I had canceled and that only I could lift the hold on the account.

Lovely Just lovely. The combinations of fruits and veggies is unique Some of them at least I wouldn't be able to come up with. I've been a green smoothie consumer for a while and ended up trashing a tremendous amount of produce. No more with greenblender The produce is measured and really easy to put together. I like how every box has greens and root smoothies. All in all. I am loving it.

Due to health reasons, I have to blend most of my food. I was surprised and excited to see a food delivery company that takes good quality ingredients, healthy boosts (like maca powder or hemp hearts), and pre measures and prepares everything for you for the week. I loved the fresh ingredients all packed in their own bags. I had to peel apples and oranges, but that was the only thing that wasn't done so the ingredients stayed fresh. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is they are too expensive! If they could get the costs down some, I would be a forever member! It was nice that I could purchase the whole month up front so I didn't have to "skip or un-skip a week".
