Be very very careful with this company!
Company will charge you a “$1000.00” service fee and won’t mention it to you at all. You won’t find out until AFTER you receive the funds and see a withdrawal for $1000 from green box capital.
Finance rates are 35% for me.
The contract is so small and hidden in the website when you go to sign it so it makes it almost impossible to read.
They were pretty easy to work with as far as getting funding however they were only allowing a minimal amount, but they are taking out twice the payments they were referring to The payments were only supposed to be $109 per day They are taking $109 twice a day which is not the agreed upon amount so I am very disappointed in that because it is taken back double the funding that was giving and is taking it faster than I am using it.

I have a loan with GreenBox and the loan repayments are scheduled to be taken out on Friday and they debt any day the want and it affects my accounts and my business. Very disappointing. I’ve called several times to get this resolved and yet nothing. They keep assuring me that this will be resolved and yet this keeps happening. I just wish I never took the loan.

they have really bad customer service the debited an admin fee off 2500 of the loan a day after we were funded and the first loan payment 2 days after that a little bit over 5k within 4 days.

Beyond the part that the hide secret fees and have very shady business practices they treat customers like absolute trash, I was looking for a better word but honestly this is the best I could find.
They talk down on you, talk over you, won’t let you finish a simple sentence.
Let’s keep it very clear, a loan is not free money, we pay for it from service fees to the interest so the very minimum to ask for is to be treated with respect, to be kind to and have understanding on the other side.
I wasn’t treated so poorly in my life by someone whom I pay to!
An agent name Matt was working with us and didn’t have a single will of help, I could feel all he wants was for me to hang up and let him be.
We were introduced to them by an agent who used to work for them named tryan who disappeared into this air she is the one who suggested we take a loan from another company and got us into bad blood with them in the first place (shouldn’t she know the policies?)
Please I beg you if you are considering them look the other way, find another solution, there are other companies out there that will treat you nice and have humans with compassion and hearts on the other side of the phone.
All and more so they are asking for full access to our bank account only for us to make a payment, we do want to pay but we don’t feel comfortable giving them user name and password especially after they charged us $ 2000 fee last time they had access to the account for taking on more capital, we offered to pay with debit or even personal go to the bank and deposit straight to the account but NO miss Tia from collections after talking to us like we are not human beings, only wants full access to the account and will not let my husband (the account holder) finish a single sentence. He asked her for a copy of the contract twice and she did not provide.
Please I beg you, stay away, work harder and find a nicer company, even pay higher interest but have a beating heart to talk to, it will be 100% worth it.
I recently posted a 100% true review about my experience with Greenbox Capital. Instead of working to resolve the situation, they have a law office write us a letter to “cease and desist” telling the truth about our experience. One more reason we will never do business with Greenbox.
Greenbox Capital was very easy to work with and accommodating during the application and approval process. It wasn't until the end of our term that they became very rude and selfish. It is very evident that they have a "one and done" approach to business. Such a shame that they take this approach. Their demise is inevitable.

I have been in business over 20 years and worked with a variety of lenders. I have to tell you that Matt Burke with Greenbox Capital is absolutely the top of his class! 5 stars plus across the board. He operates straight forward, honest and follows through with his word. He maintains predictable outcomes and under promises and over delivers every time. Matt truly understands the needs of business owners. I will not look for any other source of funding after my multiple experiences with Matt.

RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!I would've never thought I'll be going thru this but I just ran into there'd lining with this company. I had a great deal pre-proved everything was going great I had the income a month and the credit score. The underwriter asked me to send in my ID(I'm African American). I get a call with a million excuses of why I can't get the loan. i called in to ask why this was and a Loan Officer named Jordan LLanes told me a can speak with his "AFRICAN AMERICAN SUPERVISOR."
I'm trying to be fair and give the Greenbox the benefit of doubt. I don't recommend this company to anyone out of the state of California as they've no clue about other states' s rules or how things work. I worked with them for more than 2 months for refinancing our house and was hoping to get things done in a month before I start my new job. They instead came up with weird excuses and brought up things that I had never heard of. I told Mr. Kohanbash and his assistant, Jasmin, repeatedly that if you can't or don't want to do it just let me know and I would go with my bank's offer which was only $60 extra per month. Every time they said the loan documents were ready and they were waiting on one piece. At first, they said they needed a month worth of my paystub. After a month they said they were waiting on appraisers. Then when it was done, they said they wouldn't accept that appraisal because their third party put that appraiser( the one they chose themselves) didn't get the job done in time!! Waited another 2 weeks for another appraisal. Then they said the appraiser didn't complete the report. When I finally talked to the appraiser, she said she was fed up by their numbers of unnecessary requests that wasn't even required by our state!!! in the meantime, they stated there was foreclosure on one of our properties which wasn't true and after I proved them it was wrong they gave us no explanations and just said that was what they showed!!! One time a text from Jasmin's phone came and offered an hourly job ( while I'm a professional with a doctorate degree ) They didn't realize smart phones like iPhones would track down numbers and people if they had communicated with you once). I answered yes to see what her intentions was.. of course nothing. I told Mr. Kohanbash about this too, still didn't give me any answers. That was when I said enough was enough and stop the process. They said okay. I changed my job and they tracked down my termination from my previous job. Here I got another call from Jasmin saying my loan documents were ready!!!( for the third time ) and just need proof of employment from my new employer. At the time, our own bank had started the process and had kept another appraisal money. So I told her our bank wouldn't refund our money either just like you all, but I trusted our bank more than I did them.
A couple of days later, I got an email with my name and my home address congratulating me on refinancing our home and offered to do it for us!!!! I can't think of any way other than a new game from the people who already had so much information about me.
I emailed them and reminded them to stop emailing and stop going any further with our refinancing process.
I feel very unsafe now with all the information they have. I'm not accusing anyone of anything, but if anything goes wrong and any abuse of my identity happens, I know who I'm suing first!!!
I have been completely honest and haven't made up one single thing. It's up to you all to decide.
Took out a very expensive 8 month note. Only concern with reviews I read before agreeing was that they did something "giggy" with the last payment in the term. I paid off this note, with the last payment falling on October 15, 2021. They took that payment with no issue, I was happy it was over! Then, the NEXT Friday, a week after the loan was fulfilled, Greenbox attempted to access my company's business account AGAIN. I had not changed any access, because I didn't think I'd have to. Greenbox contacted me on the 22nd and said they would be charging me $600 because they attempted to access my account and they couldn't. I told them I hadn't changed any access they were using, but most importantly - WHY WERE THEY ACCESSING MY ACCOUNT AFTER THE LOAN WAS PAID OFF? The answer "it's in the contract that we can look at your account in case you 'stacked' other loans." I said - "You are paid off! You can't watch my money in my business after I pay you off." They said "Yes they can - it's in the contract." NOW I get those reviews I read! Greenbox does something to disconnect themselves from the account once the term has ended, then they pull this "You disconnected us and now you owe us 3%." It's basically a scam. I have notified my bank to block their access, but they say I owe them $600.
