I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Green Bin Cleaning. During a phone call, the owner spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional manner and even told me to “f*** off,” which I found completely unacceptable from any business owner.

I also experienced repeated issues with missed appointments and cancellations. The service is advertised as monthly, yet there always seemed to be an excuse as to why nobody could attend, and appointments were rarely carried out on time.

Whenever I tried to raise concerns or resolve the issues, I felt dismissed rather than listened to. Instead of showing any willingness to help or find a solution, the attitude I received came across as defensive, uncaring, and unprofessional.

To make matters worse, I was falsely accused of calling the owner names, which I did not do. The calls were recorded, so there is evidence of what was actually said.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this company due to the poor communication, unreliability, and unprofessional customer service.

This company truly prioritizes customer satisfaction. Their punctual cleaning schedules, along with the before-and-after photos, vividly highlight the remarkable difference.
