À propos de l'entreprise
Écrit par l'entreprise
Green Motion operates a car rental desk serving Murcia Airport (RMU), with the branch address at Camino Cementerio 2, Los Martinez del Puerto, Murcia. The service covers travellers flying into Murcia and the surrounding area. This branch operates as a shuttle service rather than an on-airport desk. After collecting your luggage, call the branch (the number is in the branch details on this page) and then exit the arrivals area to wait on the second roadway, where the shuttle will collect you. The shuttle typically arrives within 10 minutes. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 08:00–20:00, including public holidays.

- Cars and vans for every trip

- Know what you need before you go
- You'll need a credit card in the main driver's name for the deposit, plus your driving licence. The deposit amount and accepted cards are shown before you pay.
- No surprises at the counter
- Optional cover and extras are listed at booking, so you can compare what's included before you reach the counter.
Something not right with your rental?
Our customer care team will look into it personally
If your rental didn't go the way it should have, we want to put it right. Email our customer care team at ics@cs.greenmotion.com and include:
• your booking reference
• the location you rented from
• a short summary of what happened, plus any photos or receipts
This lets our head office team review your rental record with the branch straight away, rather than coming back to you with questions. Deposit, charge and damage queries are all handled by the same team.
Thank you for telling us. Every review on this page is read, and your feedback goes back to the branch team so we can keep improving.

Gracias por compartir su experiencia. Nos alegra que el alquiler en general fuera bien, pero tomamos nota de que el coche le fue entregado sucio. La limpieza antes de la recogida es un punto importante.
