Green Motion operates a car hire desk serving Newcastle Airport (NCL), based at Unit 6 Browns Park, Brunswick Industrial Estate, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE13 7GD. On arrival, call the branch to arrange collection; a representative will meet you at Short Stay 2 Parking, with the shuttle usually arriving within 15 minutes. Other pick-up points include Callerton Parkway, reached by the free airport shuttle or Metro, or the Express Pick-Up and Drop-Off area outside the terminal. Customers not arriving by flight should go directly to the office at Unit 6 Browns Park to collect their car. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 07:00–20:00, including public holidays.

This lets our head office team review your rental record with the branch straight away, rather than coming back to you with questions. Deposit, charge and damage queries are all handled by the same team.
