Book online at greenmotion.com to see live prices, choose your vehicle and extras, and collect from the branch of your choice. Our fleet includes small city cars, family SUVs, people carriers and commercial vans, with lower-emission and electric models at many locations.
Before you travel
- Payment card: you'll need a credit card in the main driver's name for the security deposit. Accepted cards and deposit amounts vary by country and are shown before you book.
- Documents: bring your full driving licence and a valid ID. Some countries also need an International Driving Permit.
- Booked through a travel site? Check your voucher for what's included.

• the location you rented from
• a short summary of what happened, plus any photos or receipts
This lets our head office team review your rental record with the branch straight away, rather than coming back to you with questions. Deposit, charge and damage queries are all handled by the same team.

Efficienti nella consegna e nel ritiro dell'auto. Un po' caro il costo del lavaggio preteso in 20 euro da pagare al ritiro

No tan bueno como nos hubiera gustado
Lo mejor es que el estado del vehículo en la entrega era muy buena.
Lo pero es que no lo revisan en la entrega a la vista del cliente. Y en nuestro caso llegaron las sorpresas cuando, a posteriori, te indican que hay arañazos y te lo descuentan de la fianza.

Entendemos que cuestiona los arañazos comunicados después de la devolución y el descuento de la fianza, especialmente porque no hubo una revisión conjunta en ese momento. La documentación de salida y devolución ayudaría a aclararlo; puede enviarla, junto con la referencia de la reserva, de forma privada a ics@cs.greenmotion.com para que atención al cliente la compare con los registros.

Alles völlig unkompliziert. Grenzüberfahrt und Endreinigung am Schalter im Flughafen bezahlt, Schlüssel am Schalter erhalten, Parkplatz sofort gefunden und mit einem äußerst benzinsparenden Toyota Hybridwagen 10 Tage lang gefahren. Am Ende genau dort wieder abgestellt und die Schlüssel im Terminal wieder abgegeben. Hätte nicht besser sein können.

Great not expensive car rental in Riga. Good quality cars. Fast service
Very quick check-in and check-out process. Pricing beats any ride-sharing and, possibly even public transport. Cars are new and clean.

Always looking to charge you extra if you don't take out their insurance or pay for the cleaning up front, no tolerance of the rules and not easy to deal with either avoid at all cost 😞even though I had cleaned the car that day they charged me 40 Euro anyway even under the bonnet how ridiculous they interpret Thier own rulees.

I’m sorry you felt pressured about insurance and were charged €40 for cleaning despite cleaning the car. I understand why that feels unfair. Please send our customer service team your booking reference and any photos from return so they can review the cleaning charge and explain the decision.
