Purchase was simple. Bike was just as described and came within 10 days. It was cheaper than anywhere else. I was cautious about buying from a newly established company but they delivered.

Love my L20 bike I'm in my seventies and find it a struggle on my old mountain bike but the electric bike has opened a new world.thank you green motors. From Paul C.

Terrible service

Did not get the colour we wanted,was messed about then 3rfd choice of colour was told I would get £30.00 off .never happened??
When I did get the delivery or when I waited all day for delivery was told sorry van broke down. When they finally delivered it was thrown out the van so hard it bent the forks.which in all fairness they sent me a replacement.

Great company, cannot fault them at all! Smooth ordering process, the delivery was pretty quick and couldn’t compete price wise with anywhere else! I went for the ENGWE e26, it’s a great bike! I’m female 5ft6 and although the bike is very big and quite heavy it’s actually a lot easier to move around than I thought and when riding you don’t really realise how big it is. I purchased a scooter over a month ago. The scooter totally stopped working after 1 week! I have contacted greenmotor several times in regards to this and I was told “the matter is being looked into”. 2 weeks later I send a email to chase my problem, and the response I got was “we do not have ur previous email can you re-send”.
I have had the scooter for a month and a half,it has worked for only a week! And I am getting minimal responses from this company who don’t even have a contact number! I personally would never purchase anything from these guys again.

Although Green Motor Supplier were unable to provide the particular electric bike I wanted due to stock issues, I must say the lady I dealt with several times Emma was so extremely helpful, she was not only a real credit to herself, but also to the company, a truly committed and lovely person. thank you. Excellent experience. Purchased an Engwe E26 at a very good price. Great communications, very good delivery process (tracked, around 7 working days) and the bike arrived undamaged. I would highly recommend, and will certainly be using again in the future.

The website was down this morning now it is back up but every single item is out of stock ?
Hi I’ve had to edit this because you have replied with there was a clear notice on your website , yes there was a notice but all it said was at the 1st of June prices will be going up by 20% not once did it say anything about you having no stock at all

If you have any doubts about this company because of their frankly unbelievable prices - don't. Fantastic service all around; as others have said, great communication and a lightning fast response from Emma to a question, you can pick delivery slots (mine was on a Sunday which is amazing as I work weekdays) what's more to say? Love the bike, and will come back to Green Motor Supplier when my bank balance has recovered!

I ordered a surron lbx it took 2 months to come as per delivery terms which was not a problem. Great communication from Emma at green motor supplier she answered all my queries in a timely manner the bike arrived yesterday and it's perfect thank you.

Beware...all is not good,steer clear. I have added this review as it has turned into a nightmare read to the end! I would give 10 stars if I could. I had problems buying a scooter twice and came to Green motor. They offered a price match to a screenshot I took from another supplier and we agreed a price for extra off road tyres included with my purchase. From placing my order for a Toursor X8 scooter to receiving it was an astounding 36 hours! Delivery was 2 men and trackable and they called me several times giving and eta...A1. Having assembled and ridden the scooter I had a few questions and they have responded within a few hours and have answered my questions, sorted out my issues and ordered my off road tyres. After a few days it stopped working, when i opened it up and examined the battery it had been damaged because of a manufacturing fault where there was no padding protecting the battery from bolts at the back. Condensation had formed in the damaged battery. The BMS in the battery had burnt out and was sparking and potentially could of caused a serious problem and possibly endangered the life of my family. After much backward and forwards proving it was the same battery they refused to replace it under warranty because it was caused by water ingress into the damaged battery. My family and I are extremely angry that something this dangerous was manufactured so poorly and may of started a fire. I am currently left without my scooter that I paid a small fortune for. I have had to edit this review because initially all was good but after a week it became a nightmare. Aside from the battery there were loose nuts on the forks,the stem head was so cheap and had a sheared bolt in, the motor had a faulty hall sensor, there were stripped wires where they enter the deck. They are now offering to provide me with a new battery at cost price which I think is outrageous. This is the manufactures fault and the quality of some of the components are terrible.
