It was a bit of a roundabout route to Greenstar - from Halifax emergency cover to CET to Greenstar. Simon was great. Quick and efficient and good, accurate communication before and during the job. Drains cleared and all was well. No fuss.

Greenstar came out for a home emergency call within the hour. Simon was fantastic! He was really helpful and explained everything. He managed to stopped the leak and make the house safe again.

Green star detected, repaired and reinstated following an underwater leak. Everyone who came was really professional, they kept us fully updated, and worked really hard in some pretty nasty weather. They really solved a problem for us. They were all friendly, professional, competent, hard working and informative.

We had a new boiler fitted by Greenstar Property Services and I’m really pleased with the service. Chris was great — friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. Everything was explained well and the job was done neatly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend!

Was put in touch with “ green star” through insurance company Liverpool Victoria ,which isn’t any better, was supposed to patch up a roof leak , what a complete and utter waste of time and as for the patch up “ work” done what a complete and utter waste of time to call it cowboy work is an understatement, if they ever get mentioned by the insurance company again IT’S A NO FROM ME

Just had a new boiler installed by Greenstar. Excellent service received from start to finish. Ryan left our house clean and tidy, and he explained everything very well.

Attention to detail, informing me every step of the way, knowledgeable through experience, polite ... what else can I say about Simon who came to trace and access a leak under my kitchen floor. Can thoroughly recommended Simon and Greenstar, along with Nicki in the office and Billy who assisted.

I've booked the visit for boiler service well in advance, visit cancelled less then 24 hours before agreed date and time

Lee and Leo were brilliant. They worked solidly through really hot weather. They were friendly and considerate.

The engineer arrived on time was incredibly polite and expedited the replacement in a very efficient manner.

The engineer also improved the shut off valve under the sink showing initiative and sensitivity about the inadequacy that was there.

Greenstar are highly recommended and if the Engineer who attended was anything to go by they have exceptional staff who are a credit to them.

Lee replaced our clay gully with a plastic one. He did an excellent job under hot weather conditions and left the site very tidy.

Excellent service through. Great communication, kept fully informed at each stage. Special thanks to Simon, who found the leak and repaired it, and to Lee, who did a great job reinstating the concrete floor. Both Simon and Lee were a credit to the company, courteous and respectful, leaving the property clean and tidy after each of their three visits.

Reliable efficient professional fabulous job done by both Chris and Simon excellent communication skills and we really can’t fault them at all we had a leak which involved digging up the drive the leak was identified and fixed all good
