Received an order of two pairs of pants, which were too small. Returned them (to an address in China) for a partial refund in December 2023. It is now June 2024,
and I just received the pants back in the mail. No refund or further communication has been received. The Greermy website is no longer up and running.

Ordered their shaver in mid-December, and it finally came in today. Haven't had a chance to use it, but it does turn on, Apparently, from these people that's seen as a plus!

They did send me an apology around the first of the year, (when it was already late), and so to compensate me for my inconvenience, offered me a 20% discount on my "next order"! LOL!

To compensate me for an order that hadn't shown up, (at that time), I'm offered the "opportunity" to throw more of my money away! ROFL!!

At various places on the web, they make it sound like they're a US company, but the product came directly from China. Never see my dollars again, and I'll update after use as to whether it actually works.

I bought a tactical flashlight which, according to the advertising videos, promised to be of very high quality. The first bad sign was the packaging. In fact, the lack of packaging. But the product looked good and I didn't worry. After installing the battery, the product emitted fewer lumens than a small candle (no joke). After much complaining, they agreed to refund me, provided I returned the product at my own expense. Note that on the website the company claims to have a hassle-free returns policy (postage paid returns). All lies. The product is crap and the return policy is hassle-full. If I could give no stars in the review, I would.

Terrible quality. Awkward fit and don't last more than a week or 2 of use.

I clicked on to pay with my credit card and it used Paypal an equally shoddy Company who are now holding my money in limbo (like they normally do unless I send them ID which I wont because I did not and would not want to due to previous bad experiences with ID which they always maintain is not clear enough and which is just a way of hanging on to peoples money longer and get the interest from it....Stay away from Greermy if you have any sense

The clothes are cheap and cannot withstand one day of work dont buy them

I bought waterproof mens pants--thought they were an American website....garbage...I am fighting for a refund...they don't want the pants back....Stay away--a scam...I should have known better!!

They will not exchange products they offer you a % of your refund. Do not buy from this company there product sizes aren’t what they should be.

This company cannot improve, it is a scam. The website is very well done, high quality pages, showing what appears to be high quality products..
I ordered Tactical Waterproof Pants. I thought it was an American website, but the order was processed through China.
Quality was in the hotel kitchen wear category, light, flimsy, badly stitched, looked crap, nothing good in this product.
Took about three weeks to deliver.

Greermy sent the two pair of tactical waterproof pants I ordered, size XL. The pants fit in the waist because the size was as advertised, but the pants were too tight otherwise. All I wanted to do was exchange them for the next larger size, XXL. In response to my request, "FERAY-HELP" (Greermy) couldn't find my order number and wanted me to send photos of the shipping label, the SKU number, and the pants themselves for them to determine what was wrong with them. I responded that was unreasonable because all the info was in the initial purchase confirmation and should be in their records. I have not heard from them since.

This is a fake company. My oder arrived with wrong size when i tried to return it they offered my 40% discount which i refused but they insisted i accept it and will not accept return of the goods in full as advertised

NO good images do not represent the cheap product shipped to the usa/ no help from the company as they do not like United Sates people-only the money fake advertising and policy not told until you question the little plastic shoes you get

GREERMY is a scammer, they ship from New York, after offering me a 20% discount, then followed with a 40% discount they ask me to ship at my expenses to China. The return information is a fake due to not having a road name and number (I lived in Qingxi Town for over2 years and know the city well)

I was going to order tactical pants for work purposes but as been so many scam sites online that at fave value look innocent enough I looked just a little more closely & there are some red flags that made me decide I wont be purchasing from this site. Far too many errors in grammar for example the "contact us" page where say complete a form that isnt there then provide an email address & fact the site was only created about 6 weeks ago. Im kinda done with buying online, too many scams, end up with clothes that dont fit or look bad & then delivery company leaves it on doorstep for anyone to steal, save the High Street insteaf
