Arrived on time, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. I asked James to explain to me how some settings on the heating system worked, which he did, he then showed me how to adjust a number of the settings myself - what a star!

I was kept well informed about the day and time the boiler service would be done. The work was done quickly and efficiently, with no problems.

Although unable to fix the problem the engineer tried several solutions to attempt a fix and explained fully why he was trying certain things and why they were not providing a solution. Very efficient.

The engineer who attended site was very efficient, empathtic and helpful. He fixed both radiators and the dishwasher piping and made notes to feedback on other issues we have in our new build.

Our toilet cistern broke a week after we moved into our new Curo home and I contacted them and they in turn made arrangements. A plumber arrived the same day and decided we needed a new siphon. He left saying he would return the next afternoon to complete the job. When he didn’t arrive I rang and was told that that wasn’t how it worked and that a part had to be ordered after Curo gave authority. I was told that as soon as the part was received a new appointment would be made. A week later Fed Ex attempted to deliver the part which we weren’t expecting and as a result we had to wait over Easter until it could be delivered again. Three weeks to the day an appointment to fix was cancelled by you with no notice. It was rearranged for the next day at 9:00am. Of course no one turned up so I rang at 9.45 and enquiries were started. A site plumber arrived about 10 and completed the job. I asked him if he’d been told to come at 9 and he said he was just told to attend sometime in the morning. Three weeks to fix a busted flush, dozens of calls and texts between us, Curo and you. If I’d been allowed to call a local plumber it would have been sorted in less than a week.

The only disappointment was having to wait so long for a call out! It seems as it was a plumbing issue not a solar thermal problem. Thankyou James for a good job done.

My visit was an emergency call-out on Easter Monday as I had no hot water, with the original call being made at 11am - the engineer arrived at 9.00pm. I gave this 3 stars as the Call Centre team could have been more helpful in advising that I could use the immersion heater to heat the tank in the meantime, rather than having no hot water for 24 hours. An estimate of the engineer's arrival time would also have been helpful instead of 'as soon as possible'.
The engineer fixed the problem by replacing a motorised valve. He called twice during the evening to advise me of his ETA. The fuse box case had to be broken to access the wiring, as the installer had tighten the screw too tightly, so I will now need a further appointment to replace this.

We find Gregor Heating to be a very good company to deal with. They installed our boiler 10 years ago and they have serviced it every year since. They also installed some new radiators for us. The engineers are always very friendly and efficient. As our boiler is no longer under warranty see are going to extend our Heatplan to cover servicing and any repairs that might be necessary in the future. All in all an excellent heating company.
