I ordered a pair of boots which I had to pay for next day delivery (no other postage option available or offered). After 3 days I contacted Grenson for an eta and was sent an email showing their terms of sale and that during peak times next day delivery cannot be guaranteed (why force people to choose it then?) checking the terms and delivery is rather misleading compared to what they are advertising. I sadly had to return the boots as they were too big on me. The return was processed promptly except the postage fee for delivery of the parcel to me was deducted. This is in fact in breach on the consumer contract regs 2013. I have emailed them and they haven’t bother to reply or action. I will get my money back but now, I will be letting everybody know what terrible customer service and underhanded business ethics they operate with.

I’ve had a few pairs of shoes now from Grenson. I’ve always had great service. All the shoes have been just right for me. Buy British 🇬🇧 and keep companies like Grenson in business. Thankyou teamgrenson 🫶

I take a size 6.5. Because Grenson do not sell half sizes in the trainers I was interested in I ordered a 6 and a 7.
I didn't receive the welcome discount. The only way I could find to contact them is the web form (in my view web forms are used by companies who wish to keep their customers remote and deprive them of a record of communications). Sure enough I got no response at all. The size 7 fits best but arrived with one size 6 insole and one size 7 insole. The insoles actually look as if they've been used! I have tried to contact them again to put these things right. I hope they respond!!! Their returns policy is challenging. Generally not a very positive experience thus far. I hope the trainers prove worth the bother, but as things stand I can't recommend the Customer Service.

DO NOT ORDER poor quality and customer service purchase of a pair of shoes for almost 450 euros the rivet comes off after a few months to leak customer service refuses to replace or repair AVOID VERY BAD

I had an unfortunate experience purchasing a pair of Grenson Boots from another online retailer, and James and the team at Grenson really went the distance to help out and get me a new pair of boots. I really appreciated all the effort they put in and I purchased a replacement pair from Grenson at their Jermyn Street Store. The quality was so good, I then even bought another pair! Thank you, I'm really happy with my new boots :)

Keep your receipts forever. If you have an issue with the quality you won’t get any help without your proof of purchase. Even though the claim is Grenson has been manufactured in only one factory on the planet 😂. Not helpful at all even though the fault in your design makes my £450 boots unwearable. Had to take them to a local craftsman to fix for £20. What a shame…

I bought boots, comfortable and comfortable. The toe is a little worn. Everything else suits. Inexpensive, good shoes

I purchased 4 pairs of shoes from Grenson's website, Two pairs I have worn and two pairs are unworn still in their original boxes. I bought these shoes just before the first Covid explosion, I was rushed into Hospital with a life threatening condition, I had two operations and I was in Hospital for almost 2 months, following my discharge from Hospital I spent almost 2 months recovering but I was unable to walk properly at that time. I wrote to Grenson's customer care explaining my position and was told quite coldly I had passed the company 30 day exchange policy and there was nothing they would do regarding an exchange, I followed up with two letters to Miss Little at the Grenson offices, I did not get a reply despite the fact that both letters required a signature from Grensons which following my checking with the Post office it was confirmed the letters had been signed for. I then wrote another letter to Mr Hutchings again with a signature being required for the letter yet again no reply. These are truly heartless people how I was meant to return the shoes when I was very ill in \Hospital is a mystery. The shoes indeed all 4 pairs come up way, way to big, this model the "Lloyd" is Grensons showcase shoes and they have not changed style in years, I bought a black and brown pair size 8 I need size 7. Need these heartless people to think again and do the right thing.

Attempted to contact via 3 emails waited over a week and then tried the tel no given 4 options no1 being customer service? Just kept ringing went through all options only one that answered option 3 account's lady told me all working from home I explained I needed info regarding a future purchase but would do so if if the company was having staffing problems all she could say was "sorry" shame because I have several pairs of Grenson's and had had my eye on the new triple welt Gresham

Ordered Monday arrived Wednesday morning at 7.40 what a service have not tried them on yet .so happy with the service other companies have a lot to learn WELL DONE 👍 mike
