If you live in the UK do not order from this brand, you will not be able to return an item. On both occasions i have tried to return it has cost me £16 each time, to get rejected at customs.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’ve had with returns.
When you return items from the UK using your own courier (like Royal Mail), we unfortunately have no control over the shipping charges they apply—in your case, the £16 fee. On top of that, parcels need to pass through international customs. If the correct return reason codes and documents aren’t attached, customs can reject the parcel, which again is unfortunately outside of our control.
To prevent this from happening, we’ve introduced an easier return option directly on our website. For £8, you can select a prepaid label generated by us. This option allows us to manage the full customs process and paperwork on your behalf, ensuring the return goes smoothly without the risk of rejection.
We understand how frustrating this must have been for you, and I hope this explanation helps clarify the situation. If you need help with a return in the future, we’d be happy to guide you through using our £8 label option.

Returning items is a nightmare…
Clothes are great but returning unsuitable products from UK back to GRIID in Ireland is a nightmare. Been stuck in Customs for over 3 weeks and there's nothing GRIID can do about it as they haven't been notified. No idea if I'll ever get the clothes back or money refunded. Looks like that £140 down the drain.

When parcels are sent back from the UK using your own courier, they must go through international customs. If the required paperwork or return reason codes aren’t completed exactly as needed, customs can hold or reject the parcel.
