Grips 4 Less Avis 7

I've been a long time customer of G4L. The selection and price, not to mention customer service whenever I have questions, is amazing. I have purchased regular and putter grips and they all delivered fast every single time. If you are a club tinkerer, they've got everything!

This company is amazing! I’ve ordered several adaptors and golf shafts from Grips4Less - everything arrived quickly and in pristine condition. More impressive than the stock product was the shaft customization process and related customer service.

I was able to immediately find contact information for the company and the response time was incredibly fast. When I was contacted by Carol, I found her to be professional, helpful and courteous. I am rarely impressed by online shopping experiences, but Grips4Less just set the bar for excellence.

This is a top tier company that I plan to use for all my golfing needs.

I ordered a custom shaft that turned out to be heavier with a different kickpoint than what I thought I ordered. I explained the issue to Jim, and we came to a fair and reasonable resolution. Hats off to Grips 4 Less!

Ordered a shaft from them and accidently ordered the wrong one but they let me switch it to a different shaft at no extra charge even though the website says they cant if its coming with the adapter pre installed.

Beware of Grips4less. I bought 4 graphite shaft extenders for a 12.76$ total. Shipping was high at 9$ for a purchase total of 21.76$ but I needed them and Grips4less was the quickest shipper so I went with them. It turns out that I purchased the wrong size ( Thanks to AI). No worries, GRips4less has a good return policy. Right? WRONG. When I tried to return the items I was informed that the return fee was 15$ so I would have owed them money so no return thus shafting me (pun intended) with 21.76$ worth of worthless graphite. If Grips4less had a contact phone number I would have called the prior to purchasing but they only have an email contact. Grips4less is an example of a business that hides online without a functional customer service while promising customer satisfaction. If I had known that Grips4less did not care about customer satisfaction or helping the customer to purchase the correct item I would not have wasted the 21.76$ There are a few starving kids in Africa that would have benefitted from that money. I do NOT recommend Grips4less and I will NOT be using them again.

I ordered a 13-piece Lamkin grip package through Amazon and was notified that my order was undeliverable, no explanation as why it was undeliverable or when I might expect it to be delivered. When I did inquire through Amazon the response from Grips 4 Less was that it was the shipping carrier they were required to uses fault and that the grips were damaged and returned to the seller. Still no indication from Grips 4 Less on what was being done to remedy my order other than going back to Amazon and do a refund request. I would have expected that the seller would have made some type of attempt to either reissue the order, offer to substitute with a different grip type or something, but not just do nothing and take my money!!

Great selection of driver shafts I was able to order a shorter driver shaft at a great price. Shipped quickly!
