They are were very accurate with gathering the information needed to ensure the fraud charge was handled with ease. Thank you all. In the future I would definitely consider using their services. A crazy unexplained misfortune happened.
Well to start I somehow got a membership or something set up with this company and I actually was on a different website trying to buy a JBL speaker and somehow it got routed to this company and I bought a membership and some credits that are irreversible and non-refundable which I can't explain how frustrating and confusing it was but they assigned my issue to a great person named Kevin with their escalation team who was able to take the time to look into my situation and obviously it shows that it was a weird situation so they made an exception for me and took care of me and it was great and I am completely satisfied now.
