Good selection of gear and nice CS(at least in my experience). Unlike some other reviewers I don't mind buying stuff with damaged boxes(I think website lists it as open box and mentions what happened to it, so if it's just a damaged packaging - who cares honestly, usually price is more than worth it). Got myself 2 pairs of Muck boots and a Banded jacket, arrived on time with no issues.

GANGSTERS. They sell open box and used items on AMAZON. They have an F. BBB rating.
And do no list as used or open box. Called the Texas store. They won't honor the items they sell. They try to loop you back to Amazon. Many many many reviews saying the same thing.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This is because they did not offer any. Had an issue with my order destination and then returning the item. I was unable (even after multiple phone calls and emails, over several weeks) to get a reply. A simple return of the item was impossible, even though within 2 hours of receiving the item, I started contacting them. Beware of this company if ordering online.

This outdoor store sales Open box items on eBay and takes advantage of store returned items that have been damaged so they sell them on eBay to collect the cost of that item instead of sending back to vendor for replacement based ? its costing me another $45 because of 1 lace hook on a kentrex boot pulled out .
what a bad way to do business off of eBay from this store its called Openbox yep no response and they only care about selling item not making sure customer is happy with what they get . how many others have they ripped off because a small issue with store returned stuff Hey Gritr That makes it used not new . I'm filing a formal complaint with ebay also based off this business and heads up to the IRS on openbox to this business hope your tax papers are correct . not so happy customer $45 is chump change im not done yet . who ever is runing this ebay openbox store should be fired , making this store look bad ....

I would never shop at Gritr Outdoors again. Buyer beware! Poor customer service. It took a long time to even get someone to respond to phone calls and emails for information on a return. I returned a Christmas gift (a hat) it cost me $26.60 to return it. They hold the customer responsible for postage returns. The only thing I got out of it was a bad experience, a charge of $26.60, and no customer satisfaction. Unless you are prepared and willing to absorb their cost I would shop elsewhere.

I suspect the boots I bought here are counterfeit. They are supposedly Corral boots but the sizing is WAY off and I haven't ever had that happen. They also did not come in an original product box.

Weird that you are replying 1.5 years after I left the negative review. At the time when I disputed with my credit card, the person they talked to who was your company’s contact and said he was the owner basically admitted that sometimes, fake items get through. So for anyone reading this, don’t risk it - if it seems to good to be true, it is!
