Really happy with the product, the website and the responsiveness of the customer service- if I were rating just these it would be a 5 star review. Unfortunately let down by the delivery who didn't even ring the bell/open the door to the office but threw the parcel at the door and ran off. Luckily a colleague was walking up to the entrance just after and was able to bring the delivery into reception before someone made off with it

Excellent items with very good BBE dates on products purchased. Also I highly commend their great customer service.

I ordered coffee that never arrived and despite countless attempts to contact groceries2go I never received a reply. I feel as if I’ve been scammed out of my money. I can’t possibly recommend groceries2go to anybody.

Order Cancelled no reason given 1 week after being placed , no contact just an email saying that the order had been refunded , check there site to see if it was stock issues all item where still for sale , emailed no response , used there chat once again no response even tried Facebook no response , wait a week for my order and they just cancel it without even tell you why is crazy DONT USE AVOID

My address was not given to Amazon correctly. The delivery did not arrive again. Complaint raised, no response and no refund offered. I will not be using Groceries 2 go again

I first came across Sweet Addicts/Groceries2Go on Twitter around April 2021 and had a few delightful interactions with them.

Our tubs of sweets arrived swiftly, well packaged and were enjoyed by many.

They have some great deals in general but often have special offers on too. A variety of different items, from regular food cupboard items, sweets and drinks as you'd expect by their name, but also seasonal, household, baby and even pet items. Items are updating all the time.

I especially love that they sell some items in larger tubs to reduce waste, like the hair and body wash, so you can refill your own bottles. My only criticism is that I'd love to see more of a variety of refillable items to encourage less waste.

I love groceries 2 go! After ordering alpro gluten free oat milk from a few companies groceries 2 go are the only ones that send the order correct, fast, undamaged and without lots of unnecessary packaging. Decent price plus free delivery over a certain amount which always helps. Highly recommended.
