If I could rate this company a -10 I would. The ordering process was a nightmare. I read horrible reviews once I placed an order so I immediately requested a cancellation of my order. They never responded to my multiple emails and shipped my order weeks later. Upon finally receiving the package (all items were a medium), the clothing sizes were so insanely off. Some mediums were huge and others were equivalent to an XXS. It took me months to finally get someone from the company to process a return and I ended up having to do a credit card chargeback because they never refunded me. Biggest regret ever. Do not buy.

The quality of the clothes I ordered was really, really awful. I ended up returning a pair of shorts because my boyfriend pointed how poorly they were made and he could tell when I tried them on. I liked the shirts I got and wore one of them once. Then I followed the care instructions on the label EXACTLY when washing and yet the shirt shrunk the first time I washed it... Not to mention, looked like it was years old too.

I reached out to them immediately, and they asked for pictures. I sent them. Then they told me because it had been washed, they couldn't accept the return or refund...

I told them that I followed all wash & care instructions and did everything to take care of the item yet it was falling apart and too small now. I don't think I should have to pay for a low-quality product that is one-use only, considering they are all about being "ethical" and "sustainable"

They have no interest in making things right with customers. They will just refer to their "policy" a million times, no matter what you say. I can't tell if their customer service is outsourced or if all the people who work there are just unkind unsympathetic jerks who don't care if you spent your hard-earned money on overpriced low-quality clothes. They got their money.

I was very excited to try this company as from the outside they provide everything I am looking for; Organic, Transparent, and Cute.
I ordered on Jan 9th and finally received HALF of my order on Feb 7th. I ordered 2 smalls and 2 extra smalls of the Olivia Rib Tank in pomegranate and Avocado (8 total tanks). I have to say there was very little consistency in all 4 tanks from stitching to the size/ length of the tanks. Fairly poor quality, sadly.

Their return policy is as follows, "Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange." Meaning, since they took so long to send my product, I'm now not able to qualify for a return. They really need to get there Sh!! together.

I ordered over 2 weeks ago, and have received no update on my order. Reached out twice through email as well as on fb & ig, but have had no response. Definitely will not be ordering again.

My experience is very consistent with the other reviews here.

I ordered from them once before, and my package took a while to arrive even though I am in Los Angeles (it should take 1 biz day to get to me once it is in the mail). When it came, the dress was strangely proportioned and much smaller than size smalls of other brands. Thankfully it wasn't uncomfortable, and I decided to keep the dress, but felt like I would not take a chance on them again.

I did give them one more chance later, this time ordering up a size. I ordered on Jan 8, they confirmed the order but gave zero updates. I sent a message to them on the 18th, and on the 20th they created a shipping label and said the package had been shipped. Here I am on the 25th, and they haven't put the package in the mail. They should be realistic about packing and shipping times AND they need to hire more people to fulfill orders.

I ordered items from this company and they managed to fulfill 4/6 incorrectly. It seems they took the approach of “well we don’t have this so instead we’ll just send that”. Naturally I returned 5/6 items on September 25. Thereafter I expected some notification about a refund or to see my money come back to me at the very least. I didn’t receive anything. I reached out on October 5th and miraculously the next day I receive an automated message stating
“Exciting news Ashley!
Your return was delivered to Groceries Apparel.

Once the return has been processed, you will receive an update.”

October 8th rolls around and no update, I mean you received the items… how long does it take to confirm you’ve issued a refund?

It is now October 12th and I regret to inform you that I have not yet received my money back.

Based on my experience I do not recommend purchasing from this online store

I'm having the same exact issue as the other 2 reviewers here. It has been more than 3 weeks since I placed my order and I have not received any updates. On their website it states that it takes 5-7 days to process an order. It's been triple that amount of days now.....

I ordered a month ago but it’s not been dispatched yet. I try and contact them but never hear back.
It’s a shame as I believe in what they’re doing.
Instead of advertising the latest line, I wish they’d concentrate on fulfilling those backed up orders they already have.

Been waiting at least 2 weeks to receive order. Each time I request an update they say they will inform me asap... and I never hear back.
I so want to love my purchase And even order more things, but I've never received my first item :-(
