Terrible service, poor quality

Requested 45 size, they sent 43. After emails they proposed to send one more pair for free and in couple of months and additional emails they have sent me another 43 size pair instead of 45. Now I have 2 pairs that don't fit me and I'm angry on this service. Avoid mistakes, don't buy Grönanda.

Bestilte et par sko. De kom efter laaaang tid. De passede ikke. Ville sende retur så skrev til firma om adr. Og der svares ikke, hverken på mail eller via deres hjemmeside.
Virkelig dårlig stil.

Do not buy

Do not buy, it is a well desguised scam.
I have placed my order 3 weeks ago with no shipping details until now. The shoes come from china and are not stored in Europe.
Customer service is bad.
Again, do not buy.

Scam company. Returned item still no refund. DO NOT USE

Order a pair of trainers and wanted to return them. I had several emails offering me discounts but that was no good to me if the trainers didn't fit and were of very poor quality.
It cost my nearly £26 to return them and the address seemed very dodgy!

I opened a dispute with PayPal and was asked to provide various details including the return tracking information, which I did and yet my dispute was closed and no refund issued even though I had returned the trainers. Bi am out off picket for the trainers and the returnnof nearly £95:00.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY

If I could give a zero star review I would.

I bought shoes at the start of May
The shoes they sent me were different sizes. The left shoe was visibly larger than the right. I emailed them immediately to tell them the problem. They offered to send a new pair if I pay the £15 delivery charge. I pointed out that this is their mistake and I shouldn't have to pay extra. Especially as this increases the overall price by 1/3. They offered me 30% discount, but still want me to pay £15. They ignored my question when I asked why they won't replace the shoes.
After a month of going back and forth they refuse to give me a full refund if I don't send the shoes back at the cost of £15.
It's now the middle of June...
Thankfully, I was paying with Klarna. I have reported it to them. Hopefully they will be able to resolve it for me.

Poor customer service

The shoes are fine. But when I ordered a second pair in error and asked within 3 hours to cancel the order I was told the order had already been shipped and I could not cancel. This is contrary to Gronanda's stated terms and conditions. As the notification of the item being shipped only arrived 3 days later I do not believe it was despatched the same morning that I tried to cancel. Sharp practice.

Probably the worst company I have ever…

Probably the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to buy anything from .
Zero customer service . Two items from my order never turned up . The quality of the actual shoes is appalling . They lasted about three wears before falling apart .
Stay well away .

No rights for customers

Horrible customer service. Does not adhere to their own terms and conditions.
Contacted them within hours of ordering to cancel and they did not react until 3 days later when they said they could not cancel it, since it had already been sent. I did not receive a message about my order being dispatched until the day after that.

They made a duplicate order on my original order. I contacted them right away, but they answered a week later, saying that, it hadn't been a Dubble! I checked in Klarna and there was a second order. I kept contacting them, trying to stop the order. They told me that it was already in transit for delivery! They also told me it won't be a problem to return the extra pair. Klarna helped me in the beginning and reported a problem. Then suddenly Klarna lift it back in payment! I've now, onto 2 months of arguing with Grönanda and Klarna. The return adress is in Malmö, Sweden, on the package but They want me to return it to China! I keep saying I will return to the adress in Sweden and want full reinbursment, money back. They don't answer me now! Don't know what to do!
Don't ever buy from them. I think they are on their way to dissappear. There ads are gone!
Bad shoes 👞 on top of that!

This is the worse company to deal with…

This is the worse company to deal with no returns address or contact number. Tried to cancel the order 10 minutes after it was made as there was a mistake. No responce on till 3 days later saying Order was picked and ready to be shipped. Tried to contact them about 17 time no responce now taking a case with PayPal

I like these shoes as they are comfortable particularly as I need a wide toe box. Not sure why the laces have to be so long!

At first felt great but noticed a defect that may cause injury long term (I'm massage therapist). Ask for refund. AI service answer up to 6 days not paying attention to my words. They send me another exact SAME PAIR with same defect!!! for +15€ shipping cost. Now I have 2 pair that cannot wear. Wouldn't buy EVER. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE.

They are not what you think they are..

They are not what you think they are... These shoes are not the ones that give you a good grip and flexiblity which increases your toe and foot muscle strength whatsoever. These are a pair of poor quality Chinese products and IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH THEM you will have to send them to an address ALL THE WAY TO CHINA to expect a refund, can you believe that? AND YOUR FIRST FEW WEEKS will pass wasting your time against an AI responder to your messages which cannot even match with your conversation. I THREW THE SHOES(MY MONEY) IN THE GARBAGE, SO WILL YOU.

Bad quality - Not paying money back!

Bad quality. If you don't like shoes the you have to return to China, paying price of the shoes for the return parcel.
I sent mine back to China in December 2024. They received the return parcel but don't pay money back. Today is April 15th, 2025.

SCAM

Worst experience with this so called brand which is actually dropshipping from AliExpress.
Does not fit despite carefully respecting the provided guide and no response to my 2 mails to return the product. Buy from ali directly for half the price and twice as fast delivery ..............

Edit : Refund of 35% of the price done from Gronanda because return costs more than the product 😅

They are a complete con. Shoes arrived no invoice? No return address or label?
Shoes didn’t fit even though I followed the guidelines??
Want to send you another pair for £14.99 postage now making the one pair £65.. NOT CHEAP NIT ACCEPTABLE

La peor experiencia de compra online que he tenido en mi vida porque no tengo mis zapatillas y tampoco me han devuelto mi dinero. Desde el principio quise cancelar el pedido antes de las 24 horas y aunque envíe numerosos correos no pude cancelarlo. Ponen en su página que puedes cancelarlo pero es mentira. No he recibido absolutamente nada y han hecho caso omiso decepcionado los correos que les envié desde el principio. Estoy muy decepcionado. No lo recomendaría ni a mi peor enemigo. Son unos farsantes y embusteros.
