Gronoir Avis 

Originaly ordered BYGO in June, I never recieved package, They provided a Proof of Delivery and My post office said thy were a scam. I continually asked for a refund instead they sent a replacement . I never asked for a replacement , now they said delivered again and it never got to me. They provide a sketchy POD from from China. You cannot contact them except for Email and no address or contact other than that. No corporate address, no US corporate filings. I have fought through 20 emails to get the SO called product. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

The product came well packaged and a little quicker than expected. Although a leaflet including instructions for use and listing the ingredients would be preferable in the future please.
My dog has been suffering with cloudy eyes for over a year and after just 3 weeks of use, I do believe the outer lens is getting clearer alteady.
He does seem to be looking more at me than through me. I can't wait to see what next 3 weeks etc brings.

Thank you for confirming that my initial shipment was defective and that other customers experience this same BOGO issue. However, your response entirely misses the point.
​When a company advertises a "Buy One, Get One Free" promotion, any standard checkout process automatically includes the second item. Expecting customers to jump through hoops to manually add a "free" item—and claiming I intentionally opted out of a free product—is a deceptive design practice. If your system allows a customer to pay full price for a BOGO deal while leaving half the product behind, that is a flaw in your business practices, not a mistake by the buyer.
​More importantly, you completely glossed over my return request. When I pointed out these issues and asked for a shipping label to return everything for a full refund, your customer service team refused simply because the package was "marked delivered." How else is a customer supposed to inspect a defective order without it being delivered first?
​I paid $65 expecting two full bottles. Leaving your customers with 1.25 bottles and refusing a refund after an error-plagued order is unacceptable. My review stands as a warning to other buyers.

I am writing this review to warn other pet owners to stay far away from Gronoir.

​I ordered their dog eye spray after seeing an offer for a Buy One, Get One Free promo for $65. When my package arrived, I received only one bottle, and to make matters worse, it was only a quarter full.
​When I reached out to customer service, they did send a replacement for the defective, mostly empty bottle. However, when I asked about the missing second bottle from the "Buy One, Get One Free" promotion, they flat-out refused to send it. They claimed that I failed to manually select the free bottle at checkout—and even explicitly admitted to me that many other customers fall into this exact same trap due to "confusion" on their site. Instead of honoring their promotional claim or fixing a design that clearly tricks buyers, they chose to hide behind technicalities.
​To top it off, when I requested a prepaid shipping label to return the product for a full refund, they refused, claiming they couldn't process a return because the order was "marked delivered."
​In the end, I paid $65 expecting two full bottles and ended up with a net total of 1.25 bottles after fighting for a replacement for their broken shipment. Their misleading promotional structure, refusal to honor advertised deals, and absurd return policy feel like a complete scam. Save your money and protect your pets—do not purchase from Gronoir.

I think the company sucks they do not believe the customer they week not send another bottle or refund my money I never received the product

Quick shipping & my dog’s cloudy eyes seem to be more clear & it has only been a few weeks. Hopefully her eyes will continue to improve.

Thanks to gronoir for clearing my dogs cloudy eyes, my dog used to have them since 2 years, and now theyre gone within 5 weeks.

Paid and no product shipped

Purchased based on Facebook ad to help my dog. Long shipping time with no mention of product coming direct from China. Received product a month later and it is Dr Harry's eye protection spray. I contacted customer service and they said it was old packaging and the product is fine for dogs. I don’t think that I will take that chance on this product.

Actually 0 stars. SCAM!!!! Giving these people free money.
I ordered eye drops advertised for dogs but received Dr. Harry Eyes Protection Spray, a product labeled for human use. I have had correspondence with the company, I was told it was safe for my dog despite the packaging containing no veterinary labeling. There are clearly ingredients listed on the label that are not meant for dogs. There is NOTHING stating that this product is safe for dogs other than the emails Gronoir send you!

I ordered this product on July 6. I believed it was a US based company. The ad tugged at my heartstrings and led me to believe it could benefit my old dog. I felt I'd already been scammed when the tracking information said the product was coming from China.
I finally received a package on July 28, but it was not a product for dogs. It was Dr Harrys eye protection spray and it is clearly for humans.
I will be making a complaint to my bank

I ordered the product. 4 bottles.
It came in a Almost the same packaging, but it's actually Dr Harry Eye protection spray which has 2 ingredients ( Ethylhexylg Lycerin and Menthol) that are damaging for a dog's eyes.

I emailed and requested a refund, but they refuse and keep pressing to use it. Claiming it's an old package.

Really disgusted. They charge a lot of money for these drops and you can get Dr Harry eyedrops for under £10.

Stay away from these scanners and don't use it on your dog!!!

Just look at the response below. I have numerous emails sent with all photos, and gronoir confirming!!it's the same product. I still wanted to return, which is my right as consumer, within 14 days. The regulatory 14 days cooling off period. And I have it in writing that they do not accept a return, because it's the same product.anyway, I will resend all the emails with photographic evidence and keep you posted. I have also reported them at the official register for online fraud.

This company scams customers by sending Dr Harrys human eye drops not fit for dogs. They send multiple form emails stating it is old packaging containing the same dog cataract eye drops they don't honour any guarantees. They make excuse after excuse. Their reviews on Gronior.com are a joke. If you believe anything they say and buy you will loose your money. They don't have any MSD sheets to provide. All buyers beware! The reply to this review is another example of how they deflect! I have been trying to get a refund for 35 days now. Excuse after excuse in the 23 email replies to me
