Best online experience ever

You know I’m like everyone else I was really scared to buy anything online so I found Grooby and then I had a deal where all I was going to lose was $63 but I didn’t lose the $63. I got what I ordered and I’ve ordered again and I got what I ordered again and I will continually order from grooby great product. Great customer service! Beats the hell out of the dispensary prices and the dispensary weed.

Ordered from groovy after three days got no email for shipment. Emailed them twice no response. They were good the first time I think they just do you right the first time and then screw you after that I think I don’t know but I think it looks like that I’ll let anyone read this come to their own conclusion

Good company. Straight answers. Legit product

1st was contact. I sent an email and got an answer in a reasonable time. Then I seen Acapulco Gold on the menu.. Had to try it. That was my last smoke 40 years ago. Definitely did not disappoint. The smell and taste took me back along time ago. That one is good for still being able to function around the house.
Then with such a great experience for my 1st time with Grooby I had to try Afghani. This was just coming to the Southeast when I had to quit smoking. My friends loved it. So you know, now I can try it. Afghani is the bomb. ( Yes I'm old ) 1st time 2 days ago. I smoke a half joint by myself. Knocked me on my butt. It was great. Next night was the same. Slept like a baby.
Grooby is a good company to do business with. Quick shipping, I think the prices are fair. They have answered all my questions and the weed stands up.

There wasnt but great response time. If the product is half as good as the support team it will be the bomb.

This company may have great product but bad service!

This company may have great product. I dont know yet as its been 12 days since I placed my order! My order didn't arrive as the said, two- five business days. Tracking said would be delivered last Saturday. Not! So I contacted these folks. A lady re-ordeed my order. Ok, so Monday through Friday, tomorrow, will be five business days. And now im getting tracking notice my order wont be delivered till next Monday. That is 16 days!! I have emails going back and forth with them and all you get is Arlene blowing smoke!! Very nice. But covers for the company. One more thing, it sure didnt take them long to take the money out of my account!! So this is how I see it. Either they are so busy that they cant just be honest and tell you that. Or it is just a half ass run company!! They have a brand!! Branding product, then take in as many orders as they can and operate on your money until they have time or whatever! Anyway good luck if you still decide to fall for all of their branding ads!!

Garbage is what paid for. This is the driest, tasteless, colorless, and non effective weed I've ever experienced. Even when I got tricked buying oregano as a kid it had more potency than this crap. Total waste of money. DO NOT BUY THIS. You might as well.go buy a pack of reds...Marlboro's and feel a better effect.

Not fooled by your tricks!!

Okay, so it seems obvious enough that if you didn't subscribe you're not going to get the best of what they've got to offer! I've been waiting for over a month for a particular strain that never shows up and all they have is limited stock with everything else!

We’ve looked into your orders and can confirm your first order was placed on February 11th and delivered on February 17th, with several updates shared by our support team along the way. You also placed a second order on February 24th, which is currently on its way.

In terms of availability, we focus on small-batch releases rather than keeping large quantities of every strain in stock at all times. This does mean some strains take longer to return, especially when demand is high. Subscriptions don’t affect access to products, though they may occasionally offer earlier access when stock is limited.

We understand it can be frustrating when you’re waiting for a specific strain. If you’d like, our team can help suggest similar options that are currently available.

Jessie provided excellent service to combine two orders for one shipment. The product quality of pre-rolls of some top original 70 land race strains is amazing, pure sativa in a world of hybrids. The Purple Haze is fire 5/5. Even listened to Jimi Hendrix '67 version of his song entitled the same name.
