Neil was excellent when booking tickets for our members club to see Moulin Rouge. We visit the theatre at least 3 times a year and always use Group Line, would highly recommend to anyone looking at booking group tickets.

Samantha is always trying to help us and improve our reservation. We only needed one extra ticket for our existing group and rather than thinking it is only one ticket, she immediately jumped on the request and the lady whose birthday it is is so grateful, she will be going to the show!

The advice and guidance was helpful, effective, and exactly what I was looking for. My contact was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. Can't be more positive about this experience if I tried!

My requirements often fluctuate—I may need to increase or decrease the number of seats—and every change is handled promptly and efficiently. If something can be done, Monika ensures it is, always responding with a reassuring "no problem." In Monika's absence, the back-up people are very helpful too. It is a seamless service.
