One of the worst platform ever used.
Their team is of 3-4 jobless guys using gpt for code. I am a dev and talked with their owner, he don't even have the knowledge about coding.
They misuse our credentials that leads to security concerns.
All the good reviews you see here till now are of their own employees.
This is just a time wasting platform. I personally recommend never go with this ever for your business.

I had a very disappointing experience with Growby.net. The customer service is practically nonexistent—they don’t reply to any of your inquiries, which makes resolving any issues impossible. Even worse, the chat history isn’t stored permanently, so you lose important conversations, adding to the frustration. When I finally did get through, the customer service representatives simply ignored my questions. I would not recommend Growby.net to anyone looking for reliable support or service.

Worst team, worst support please don't buy from them, Never reply on call, never reply on whatsapp, takes weeks and months to solve a minor issues! Please look for another service provider, don't fall into their sales pitch they are fake!

While creating new Templates for campaigns - it was not apporved. Inspite of repeated mails, Chat messages no support from GROWBY team . Response to phone calls are poor. Bad service.

1-Never receive a call after-sale
2- Message not sending most of the time
3- Inbox has many bugs like file not supported, message not sent, very slow to work....
4- Support is worst i have ever seen, i had purchase 1 year ago but till now they did not fixed issue and never recieve call and reply mail , whatsapp....Please don't waste your time and money search any good company- thanks
