Packaging was awful but customer services were good so I’ve scored it 4.
Planted them up so just hope they all grow.

Delivery is paramount to me
Delivery is paramount to me, as a disabled person and the item was brought to my apartment door (only Royal Mail does it), in perfect packaging. The little growing plants were in an excellent condition. You can see why delivery is relevant in my case, otherwise plants would die in the building hallway, before someone could get them for me.

This is the second time I have ordered…
This is the second time I have ordered from Growtanical, and I have to say I am very happy I trusted them to fulfill my order.
I am in the US and ordering for a dear friend in the UK. Lorna Gillard has been tremendously helpful and understanding of my particular situation as a shopper. My friend, a keen gardener, is always happy to receive the plants Growtanical sends her.
I highly recommend Growtanical. I wish we lived on the other side of the ocean so I could buy some plants from them myself. As an online shopper, I fully trust their inventory and their service, and will return to shop with them in the future.

Good products poor after sales service
I ordered some mini plugs and larger ones which arrived ok. I made a mistake on one order and tried online chat to change it before it had been processed but no response. I also asked couple of questions re plating out but again no response
