When I started working with Piers and his team, I wasn't really sure if serviced accommodation would be something really worth it to keep running as I couldn't see profits coming (all of it would go to cover bills and cleaning team)... So working with Piers was literally the last effort I was prepared to do and I would quit afterwards if I couldn't see the results coming.. After working with Piers and understand all the systems involved, the marketing behind it, understand the importance of checking and adapting calendars to our guests, I have had to actually pass over to some industry friends, a full month of bookings as I couldn't accomodate them because I am fully booked...
