I stumbled across Grumpy Custard through a google search. The items stocked are beautiful and when my order arrived everything was beautifully packaged and there was a sweet hand typed note inside. It felt very personal and was a treat to open everything!
I also had some emails back and forth about stock - the communication was really positive.

Great service, with a personalised touch.
My sister has been collecting Care Bear mini bears and needed one more for her collection, fortunately, Grumpy Custard had it in stock at a very reasonable price. Item was posted promptly after purchase was completed and it was very well protected in the box too. As a very nice touch it was wrapped very neatly in tissue paper, and there was a personalised thank you note inside as well. I highly recommend Grumpy Custard and will happily buy from them again in future.

What a great little company - The customer service is 1st class , you definitely receive that all important ‘ personal touch ‘ I cannot recommend enough and I will be shopping again and again.
Shipping is super quick and the goodies where wrapped beautifully too !
